Building very run down, shower door wouldn’t close so water leaking all over floor, room had a bad smell. Overall it fulfilled the purpose and was in a handy location close to the airport

Easy, basic but clean and comfy overnight stop for airport.
Note check in at next door hotel but stil v easy.
Free shuttle is the Yellow Bus - wasn’t super easy from booking instructions that this was the case but still convenient once worked that out

Great price but a very run down complex. Could have put my foot through the floor in the bathroom. Needs a major upgrade or knock it down.

Comfortable but very noisy and floors have holes in them. Shower was not clean and looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a long time, there were no spoons in the room . Tv in a strange position property needs a revamp to improve

Broken leg on the heater so sat lopsided on the floor. No drain cover in the shower so you looked straight down the drain. No microwave as advertised. Bathroom needs total refurbishment, looking at patches on the walls, holes where a towel rail used to be.

Not a bad stay at all especially for people getting in late or going out early to the airport

I was worried because I read the reviews after I booked. However for a room with two Queen beds, basic shower, toilet, coffee making area, wardrobe, fridge, tv etc it was great for $79 Expedia fee of $11. It was clean, close parking to unload luggage, beds were comfortable, had a heater which was great because it was freezing outside. The walk to the hotel next door to check in wasn’t as far as I thought it would be. The only thing you’ll need to know is that the free airport shuttle takes longer than 7mins as advertised. It’s an airport shuttle bus that stops at many hotels before going to the airport. It took approximately 35 minutes to get to the airport. Our flight has been delayed so we still got there in time. The shuttle transport is handy and runs often. Will just need to make sure you allow enough time to check in on time.
I’ll definitely book in again as it’s really good for the price. Nothing flashy…but also not outdated :)

We arrived after hours and had to walk to the other motel in the rain with babies to collect the keys. We went to our room where there was no remote for the tv, no heaters in the room. so they moved us to another room where there was still no remote, and no fridge. When we woke in the morning windows were covered in condensation.
Lovely staff who attended to all our problems but was an inconvinience.

The shower curtains in our room 64 was so dirty it looks like it has not been clean in a year, very disgusting

Room was clean. Had no kettle to make a drink. No tv remote ,broken heater hole in door. And no teaspoon to stir drink. ROOM LOOKED LIKE IT HAD BEEN HOMELESS ROOM. BED was comfortable.

The part we stayed in is undergoing major refurbishment, but it was pretty grim. OK for a limited stay and the airport bus stops there - acceptable for the price.

It had the basics but that was it. Cracks on the tiling in the bathroom which created a puddle in the bathroom/toilet area. I wouldn't say it was worth what you pay for but was happy with what i had. The restaurant was limited but conveniently and laundry was always locked when i returned from work due to timing

What a pleasant surprise I got when I arrived. Very clean modern room which was bright and clean and comfortable.
In a great location and felt safe and secure and had a very satisfying experience. Highly recommend it. Ten out of ten for value for your money.

There were a few things missing like teaspoons, a tea towel, there was only one towel, the facecloth in the bathroom was damp, there were only two sockets for 3 appliances- TV, fridge and heater.
Otherwise it had what we needed.

Room was cold. Had a oil heater but too small for the room. Stayed for 6 nights but they only change towels and empty the bins, but not everyday.

I don't like where its located too crowded but I love everything and will definitely come back again.

The good points were thatvthe bed was comfortable, the internet worked well, the room was clean enough and big, and there were plenty of chairs. But there was no table and the propertybisvrun down - someone had punched my door in the past, without it being repaired. Check in was at a neighbouring hotel, but there was no sign to say so. I just happened to catch a waiter delivering room service - he seemed annoyed with me for not knowing.
The first person at reception looked at me and ignored me, so I waited for the other person on reception to finish with the guest she was dealing with. In the meantime, the first receptionist checked in a guest.

Reasonable price and close to the airport. Our room was nice and clean. The free shuttle as advertised is a shuttle bus that stops at neighbouring hotels and accommodations to collect passengers. It takes another half hour before you arrive at the airport. If you are in a hurry or running a little late, you may wish to consider other optins. Other than that we had a pleasant stay.

The paintwork and cabintry in the room, and specifically th bathroom, was shoddy.
The shower door leaked and the tiled bathroom floor slippery.
My meal - pork spareribs was warm, not hot, and were poorly cooked.
The swimming pool is empty, and looks dirty and terrible - could it be covered over during winter?
The staff were polite and helpful.

A little underwhelming. Yes it’s a budget accomodation but it smelt musty and just wasn’t clean. Didn’t have a toilet roll holder and there was even pubic hair on the shower floor. Simply cleanliness overlooked. Maybe understaffed but simple to achieve, only 3 out of 5 over all but only 1 out of 5 for cleanliness

Very friendly people and got upgraded to a better room.
The only negative thing I can say is that I tried to contact the hotel before my arrival several times but never could get a reply.

Nice fresh linen and towels with a solid bed but the place was poorly maintained and dirty with a blocked waste plumbing in the shower.

No heating. Bedding in sufficient for winter. Decking outside rooms unsafe nails exposed on decking and at eye level. No lighting on deck and step off deck dangerous repairs on deck not sufficient. Laundry area broken dryer door lying on floor. My room was cold, I had to ask person to vacuum room as it looked like some repairs were made but never cleaned up when finished.
