Noisy rooms

It was such really noisy and I barely slept as people were walking up and down the corridor yelling and banging on each other doors till early hours of the morning also shuttle was pointless with flying out at 6am they said it would take 1/2hr to get to the airport when it was a 5min drive away I ended up ubering fairly tidy kinda didn’t expect alot for the price I paid

The room was not so good but staff was so kind and friendly.

It was shabbier and more run down than expected. Also I was surprised that there was no Wifi available and no electric blankets. There were some other issues too, but the staff were friendly and tried to sort things out.

No good facilities no air conditioner

There was nothing to like about this proprty. Was put in a rokm with smashed glass ranchslider then changed to a room that was filthy. JUST DONT GO THERE.

Very easy check-in procedure. Would have been good to have airport shuttle information before arriving at the airport.

Everything was great but unfortunately my room didn’t have any towels. I was really tired when I arrived so had a shower only to discover there were no towels to dry myself with. After calling reception and waiting over an hour for towels I gave up and went to bed. Once settled into bed there was a very loud knock at the door. I was able to use a towel for my shower the next morning

No AC Panel heater hard to regulate for comfort.

No coffee cups or glass cups. No cutlery. TV did not work. Maintenance not available till next day. No heating in room. Toilet not secured to floor.

You get more than what you pay for. Very happy with the service. Great and responsive reception services.

No shower curtain, floor and roilet getting wet showering

Broken leg on the heater so sat lopsided on the floor. No drain cover in the shower so you looked straight down the drain. No microwave as advertised. Bathroom needs total refurbishment, looking at patches on the walls, holes where a towel rail used to be.

Not a bad stay at all especially for people getting in late or going out early to the airport

I was worried because I read the reviews after I booked. However for a room with two Queen beds, basic shower, toilet, coffee making area, wardrobe, fridge, tv etc it was great for $79 Expedia fee of $11. It was clean, close parking to unload luggage, beds were comfortable, had a heater which was great because it was freezing outside. The walk to the hotel next door to check in wasn’t as far as I thought it would be. The only thing you’ll need to know is that the free airport shuttle takes longer than 7mins as advertised. It’s an airport shuttle bus that stops at many hotels before going to the airport. It took approximately 35 minutes to get to the airport. Our flight has been delayed so we still got there in time. The shuttle transport is handy and runs often. Will just need to make sure you allow enough time to check in on time. I’ll definitely book in again as it’s really good for the price. Nothing flashy…but also not outdated :)

Lovely room but very cold

We arrived after hours and had to walk to the other motel in the rain with babies to collect the keys. We went to our room where there was no remote for the tv, no heaters in the room. so they moved us to another room where there was still no remote, and no fridge. When we woke in the morning windows were covered in condensation. Lovely staff who attended to all our problems but was an inconvinience.

The shower curtains in our room 64 was so dirty it looks like it has not been clean in a year, very disgusting

Room was clean. Had no kettle to make a drink. No tv remote ,broken heater hole in door. And no teaspoon to stir drink. ROOM LOOKED LIKE IT HAD BEEN HOMELESS ROOM. BED was comfortable.

The part we stayed in is undergoing major refurbishment, but it was pretty grim. OK for a limited stay and the airport bus stops there - acceptable for the price.

Great service from start to end, rooms although dated had comfy bed and the usual teac coffee facilities

I have stayed there before and I am happy to stay there again. Very helpful and no issues thanks.

It had the basics but that was it. Cracks on the tiling in the bathroom which created a puddle in the bathroom/toilet area. I wouldn't say it was worth what you pay for but was happy with what i had. The restaurant was limited but conveniently and laundry was always locked when i returned from work due to timing

What a pleasant surprise I got when I arrived. Very clean modern room which was bright and clean and comfortable. In a great location and felt safe and secure and had a very satisfying experience. Highly recommend it. Ten out of ten for value for your money.

There were a few things missing like teaspoons, a tea towel, there was only one towel, the facecloth in the bathroom was damp, there were only two sockets for 3 appliances- TV, fridge and heater. Otherwise it had what we needed.

Room was cold. Had a oil heater but too small for the room. Stayed for 6 nights but they only change towels and empty the bins, but not everyday.
