First time at this particular hotel and I left extremely impressed. Everything about the hotel was comfortable. Room was great, clean good shower, efficient Wi-Fi. I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is conveniently located across the street from a MRT station as well as a bus stop. The hotel is connected to Tanglin Mall which provides several dining options, in addition to the hotel's offering. Staff are friendly, politely and helpful.

Easy access to MRT. Room are clean and comfortable. Can request to change the beddings everyday!

In a nutshell: great experience but you could tell the age of the place. Pros: staff was incredibly polite, rooms had nice and spacious and the convenience of the location was fantastic (15 min walk from Orchard Rd & right in front of an MRT station. Cons: age definitely showed…our shower door didn’t work properly so water flooded the floor on a nightly basis and the duvet had holes and stains on it. In addition, it was a little dusty when we checked in. We did not have a chance to try the restaurants or the facilities but it looks like they have plenty of food options and allows for checked out guest to use the gym shower if their flight out is past check out time.

Over all good. Seems like more focusing Chinese travellers than before.

Great place to stay. Room was comfortable and clean. Close to Tanglin Mall and general Orchard Rd area. Will stay again.

Second time we have stayed here and in such a great spot close to mrt. Shopping centre next door. Room is very comfortable and quiet and modern. Pool are is great and gym very good as well

Amazing hotel. Really deserved 5 stars. From reception to room and restaurant all excellent. Super clean and well decorated. Breakfast options are huge and everything was so delicious. Can’t recommend enough.

The hotel is conveniently located across from the Orchard Blvd MTR station. That is important because the MTR is the most efficient way of transportation in Singapore. The staff were very friendly. We arrived at the hotel around 11am. They did not have a room available but did tell us there was a freshen-up room to shower if we needed to. Another staffer gave us a map and explained to us how to get to our destination. The young man who helped us with our luggage always greeted us with a smile and very respectful. Our room was very small compared to Vietnam and Malaysia as expected for Singapore. The breakfast dining room was a little chaotic on the first day as it was very busy. The hostess seating us should do a better job of seating the guests. There was a row of five two-person tables. We occupied one end while the table on the other end was also occupied. She sat a couple next to us instead of the middle table where there would be more room for everyone.

Small room but clean, in good condition and helpful staff. Checking in took a little longer than usual but more than made up for by the all you can eat seafood buffet that served lobster, shrimp and fish. Great value!

Several issues during my 4 days stay including no bell boy to assist with luggage upon arrival. Room that was promised on email was not prepared and that the receptionist promised a manager would be in touch by next day, but none. There were lots of fruit flies on the bathroom exhaust fan, bedsheet had few short hairs and shoe marks. Collection of luggage left at concierge took ages! No one was even there. Asked for some towels/bedsheets also took 40 minutes yet the staff said it was only 10 minutes (I had call records on phone to proof), so you can tell their attitude. J65 restaurant service wasnt great, belongings were cleared off when we went for buffet to collect meals. Staff was not helpful when we wanted to walk-in for dinner either. Location is ok only the good part is MRT is just in front and Tanglin Mall is connected to hotel.
