The hotel lobby is awkward to find. The place definetly is a convention Center first and hotel second. The location was not fabulous for things around. That’s on us for not having done more research.

Everything was as expected. The room was clean, the toiletries nice and the staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast is simple but has enough variety to suit most tastes. The person who sets up the breakfast is very accommodating.

Very comfortable. Slept well. TCM available on TV: 👍 Deluxe overhead shower. Very quiet except for continual high pitched whine from in-room fridge. Very modest continental breakfast.

Great stay: free parking on grounds/under cover. Easy check in. Lady at front desk super friendly. Room very comfortable. Breakfast good: pastries, cereal, bagels & Philadelphia cream cheese satchets. Lots to eat & drink basically. Not luxurious but really good value.
Less than 10 min walk to nearby subway station. Felt safe. Easy to get into Toronto.
York shopping mall not far.

This place was a dump. Only hotel in walking distance of the concert at downsview park so it has that going for it. Otherwise it was in very bad condition and the front desk was useless. Even the coffee was terrible. Would not recommend.

Needs to be a clear “front door”, we walked around the building twice trying to figure out where front desk was.
When we arrived, a 1/2 hour early front desk person said there were no clean rooms, which he didn’t even ask cleaning personnel about.
Then at 3 (check in time) He gave us a room, which was still occupied/ being cleaned.
No apology, just gave us a new room.
Terrible customer service. Would not recommend.

This was a very strange hotel. Huge room with one queen bed. Confusing elevator. Maze like layout. Receptionist spoke so quiet even was asked to speak louder. Overall strange

Dated hotel that deals mostly with events in their event rooms. The rooms are minimalist and unappealing. Breakfast only included bread/pastry, coffee, juice and a small collection of cereals.

Only advantage here is the closeness to Veld music festival. Only a 10 minute walk to the festival.
