Was a busy Friday night which is not a day I usually stay.
I felt the valet, bar etc was understaffed & overwhelmed, not the usual high standard of service I have come to know. One of the bar staff was particularly rude.
Lifts very slow & out of order which is becoming a recurring theme !!
Otherwise everything else was great, pool, spa, gym, breakfast etc.

As a repeat customer I feel very at home with this hotel. Everything you need all in one place. Excellent on site bar & restaurant. Excellent breakfast options.

The staff were great. The room was poorly lit, the bed and pillows hard and the air con control placed badly and was difficult to use especially in the bad lighting

Would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants that 5 star service! We enjoyed our stay and the kids enjoyed the pool. We will be staying here again when we are back in town.

Very nice place. Well staffed. Buffet Breakfast top notch. Only issues were the vallet parking, the concierge said parking was free for accord memebers then on checkout hit with a $50 charge. The shower had a separate hot and cold tap which was a bit of a pain to get the temp right. Otherwise this is a very nice place close to Spark Arena, walking distance for any events.

Repeat customer. Convenient location just away enough from the hustle & bustle of Auckland CBD but within easy walking distance.
