Mixed review about this place. For one, the view is incredible if you have a sea-facing room. It was also very clean. The beds and pillows were extra firm—not good for me but maybe good for you? The main issue bringing it down was the advert for free parking. We ended up getting a parking ticket for parking in the lot they directed us to, which had signs saying it was reserved for their hotel. When I confronted them with the ticket they unapologetically explained it was because it was a “cleaning day” and didn’t accept any blame for telling us to park there. So we missed our ferry trying to figure out how to pay the fine and it kind of ruined our day. So I unfortunately wouldn’t rate the service very high.

Great stay, would absolutely stay again. A bit away from the main areas of the island, but we had a car and the free parking here worked out great. Restaurant serves excellent food. Fantastic views from the outward facing rooms.

Hotel La Capannina is situated on the nice environment with a fantastic view over the sea and castle. It's clean and comfortable. The prices are resonable. The people who work there are very helpful, friendly and enthusiastic. I'd recommend this hotel to others. If i return to Ischia, I'll stay in this hotel again.

Nice hotel with a great view We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The food and the restaurant was excellent. And the room was very comfortable. Dominico was an excellent help and made our stay delightful.

The views are absolutely stunning as the hotel is up on a hill and looks down on Castello Aragonese and main area. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, they did all they could to make sure our stay was perfect. The restaurant provided some of the best Italian food I've had in my life (views from here are stunning as well). Location was amazing, overlooking the ocean. The family was incredibly helpful, and the on site restaurant made some of the best pizza we've ever had. We'll be coming back again for sure.
