The outside and lobby looked great and the front desk staff was nice. The only thing was cleanliness the bathroom had mildew in the shower.

For the price we paid, we had expected at least a complimentary bottled water per guest a day which wasn’t the case. I think charging $2.50 for the most basic necessity - is simply greed on the part of the hotel. We have not been to a hotel in recent times that charges for this. A bottle each per guest per day is reasonable. Not having daily housekeeping is the other thing. If you’re a best western hotel I can understand as you get what you paid for but we paid over US$350 per night for a room in this hotel, I think daily housekeeping should have been at the VERY base of service we expect ! We have to inform guest reactions we need this service as it’s not automatic. Location is great ! Restaurant menu is limited and not really great on quality or value. One last thing, we had housekeeping knocking at our door at 9 am wanting to clean our room on the morning of check out ! Perhaps they should do this after 10am since that is the official check out time ! It felt like we e been rushed out ! Strange !

This is a very clean place, with great staff. The rooms are clean, but not fancy at all which is fine for the price point. The only thing I didn't like was the HVAC system in the room... very loud! I had to turn it off and just be a bit warm.

Nice room with a large walk in shower. The surrounding area is very clean and safe to walk around in the evening. The staff are friendly and helpful. I will be staying again.

I love the front desk area was beautiful.While waiting to be checked in. I did not like standing there clearly for 15 minutes while somebody walked in the door and walked right up and the front desk.Lady looked at me new.I was first but didn't tell the people that just cut in front of me that I was waiting she helped them. And then there. 's also some confusion. It says it's $40. Parkis that for people that aren't staying there. It's not clear. Also, it says there's a buffet breakfast for examount of dollars or an alcohol. Does that mean the allocart just continental stuff is free? I would have liked that to have been explained. Because we were too afraid to ask and didn't end up going down to the restaurant at all..
