Perfectly located close to the airport! Not only was the hotel itself gorgeous the staff was amazing and friendly! Everyone including valet were so friendly and helpful. No complaints!

This was a great property. I just picked it by chance and it ended up being a new favorite! The
Restaurants were amazing. The beds were comfortable. It was a great location. I especially love the decor. The chandeliers in the lobby and bar are gorgeous! I will definitely be back.

Lack of basic items, such as towels and shower caps. The shower space is tight even for girls under 130lbs. My friend was told to leave the breakfast table as she just ordered coffee.

I booked this hotel via Expedia, it was one of the pricy hotels with good reviews
However the facility seemed like it had been through a war the1. furniture was worn down 2.the elevator area had finger marks all over, the lobby furniture was dirty and extremely worn down i did not even was to sit in them 4. I got charged $88 extra for amenities that i did Not use, like bike rides
Overall i will NEVER stay here again and will discourage anyone from staying there overall it cost me $500 for one night stay

I booked this hotel via Expedia, it was one of the pricy hotels with good reviews

Super comfortable and quiet room with a nice view of the city. Great location to walk to little Italy for dinner, but the hotel restaurant was awesome too. Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly.

Very nice hotel in downtown San Diego, about a 10 minute walk to the harbor. Hotel is clean and modern. Staff, especially the bartenders, were friendly and helpful.

I called the hotel to let them know that we would not be able to get there for July 19th and would we be charged for that night. They told me since we booked through Hotels.com we could not. That was disappointing for us.

We came to San Diego for a sporting event and it was so convenient to stay at a gorgeous hotel, walk to the trolley, and ride to the stadium.
