The name if this hotel should have been a give away! It is situated just alongside a busy bridge and roundabout. Traffic was virtually non-stop and the sound of sirens seemed a constant backdrop.
The hotel itself was quite comfortable with more room space than normal for London hotels. Very comfortable bed and good bathroom although the shower was in a step in bath which could be hazardous. Good range of TV channels and good size desk for work if required. Staff were friendly,helpful and courteous.
Breakfast was a real let down. Poor choice and little variety. Decor is tired and needs refreshing,corridor and staircase carpets stained and faded.
Short walk to tube station and the area seems safe at night but footpaths are very uneven on the walk.

Very welcoming stay.
Excellent to have "free" parking in London.
Spacious room.
But....please check on your door closure devices as they are not fully functional and allows for loud banging through late evenings and early morning users to create a noisy atmosphere.
Apart from that ....thank you for a lovely stay.

Great location for exploring Ealing, the grand union canal and easy walk to the underground to explore London. Very friendly staff. The entrance and hall carpets were very stained and lowered the tone.

Overall excellent, classic rooms are a little tired and old fashioned in places but pretty functional clean and tidy. If a more modern look, plugs by the bed, a walk in shower or a more modern tv are important to you go for the premium room. Service was excellent and staff friendly.
Good access to Wembley (45 minute bus on event days, 35 outside of that) public transport links are mainly bus initially depending on weather as the nearby tube stop is a 12 minute walk.
Food is nice and reasonably priced, think good pub food. Good selection at breakfast.
Overall enjoyed our stay, the older style room didn’t bother us, only mention as this may put some people off (as mentioned go for the premium room if this is an issue for you)

We were running late for the event due to car troubles and we called ahead. The service was superb. They even came running out to our taxi with our key and offered to take our luggage in case we needed to head straight out.

The pub was lovely; bigger than expected and a really nice feel to it.
We will definitely return.

The concierge is great and knows the local area and can give good tips for travel. The breakfast was wonderful too, really good service. Lovely hotel and highly recommend.

Really pleased with the bridge hotel. Walking distance to tube station, free parking. Great staff, lovely hot and cold buffet breakfast. Clean and comfortable rooms. Great value for money, will definitely stay again on our next trip to London

Had an amazing stay here, would definitely recommend. We stayed here for one night for a concert in Wembley, and we would definitely stay again. It’s out of the way from central London so it’s a lot quieter, more of a residential area, but definitely easy to get around as the tube station is a couple of minutes walk away (about 30 minutes on the tube, Greenford to Oxford Circus) and there’s also lots of buses. The room itself was nice. Pretty basic but there was tea and coffee, a tv, an iron, and a bath with a shower, and they were all clean and in good enough condition. Also a big fan which we were glad for. The staff were lovely and helpful, especially the Scottish chap on reception. Though we never actually ate there we did like that there was a restaurant attached as it meant we had food options right to hand. There was also parking available. Overall, I would recommend if you want something that’s a bit quieter but still well connected and without the hefty price tag you pay in the more touristy areas. But if you want a hotel that’s super in the thick of it then you might want something a little more central, so bare that in mind.

We came for a concert, it was very easy to get to Wembley. The staff was extremely helpful amd kind. I traveled with my daughter and felt safe.
