Everything was good, except that the room they assigned us didn’t have a refrigerator that we really needed to keep medicine cold and food cold and frozen. Because of that we had to upgrade to a different room. As of now, we don’t know how much the upgrade charge was. When we asked for the invoice they informed us that Expedia was to send it our email, and we still haven’t received or know how much was charged to our credit card.

Stay was decent. Carpet on entry and halls is not visually appealing. Breakfast display could use some enhancement and tiding.

The blinds wouldn’t open. No cot, rollaway. Air conditioner went from freezing to hot all night long.

The hotel is very loud because travelers are checking out for early morning flights. Lots of noise in the hallways. The room smelled musty. I would recommend taking a taxi to a better hotel near the airport.

The stay was OK - reception not particularly welcoming or friendly, bed quite comfy except for very thin and well-used bedding which wasn’t adequate considering the fridge- like coldness of the room. Breakfast omelette was good. This hotel has a captive clientele as it is in the airport!

Minutes later a security guard knocked on my door with my drivers license. The women never returned my drivers license. This could have been a serious problem since I was leaving in the morning early!!!!
