The front desk, gorgeous women worked a miracle on getting us to the airport on time for our flight!
When traveling to unknown places, the most important thing is service! I will always remember Awesome thank you my experience because of them!

There weren't a lot of choices so maybe where we were was the best. It was a several block walk to any food and the street was pretty grimy and therefore not very appealing. The front desk personnel were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good so we were glad we had chosen that option. Parking was not ideal but ok.

Staff are courteous and helpful. Free water at the reception would be a nice welcome after long walks in the area.

The perfect location for our visit to Lourdes. The price was very reasonable.The restaurant was able to accommodate us on a very busy night. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My only concern is the bathtub height. Could be a problem for someone with short legs to get in and out of so beware.

Fabulous staff!! The hotel is newly renovated and decorated. It is glorious. Eliseo has the best staff possible. We will never stay anywhere else in Lourdes.

The location is very near the entrance to the Groto. Lots of options to eat nearby. The hotel is just a place to sleep that is if you can sleep with their stiff cushioned mattress. The rooms doesn’t have any AC as such you have to open the patio Door at your own risk. I never had a good and restful stay.

This is our third stay at Hotel Eliseo,and it’s always a pleasure to return due to the warm welcome from our host Brigitte and team and the wonderful dinner at in house restaurant. We also love the great location with private parking, and so near to the grotto. We will definitely return again. Thank you Louis

It is a great hotel for a short stay. Conveniently close to the Grotto. Dining places are plenty.

We leave the hotel 5 minutes before the scheduled mass and still get there before the mass starts.
