Close to Greenbelt shopping mall. Very courteous staff and personalized service. The only downside is no parking area for guests. You have to self park in nearby Greenbelt mall and walk back to the hotel.

This is a small located but very well located in Makati. The staff are excellent and friendly. The Breakfast was great. Will stay here again in the future

The elevator is out order since I check in and check out. I hate using stairs.

The hotel is in a great location. Lots of stores, restaurants and malls. Short ride to tourist attractions. Rooms were very nice. Comfortable bed and lots of space. Rooms and common areas very neat and clean. Staff cleaning constantly. Front desk staff and bell staff could not do enough for me. Always a smile. I only ate the breakfast which had a large and diverse selection. I would definitely stay here again

By U S. standards, this property would fall on 3.5 star boutique hotel rating. If they upgrade the exterior façade it will even qualify for 4 Star boutique hotel rating. The rooms, hallways, lobby & restaurant have a very modern feel to it and kept very clean. Depending on the length of your stay, uou get at least 1 complimentary buffet brunch, high quality food with good and good assortment, I believe it's around ₱540 each after the complimentary meal. The rooms are clean and has a fridge and a microwave, and there's a window, the design is very modern and whimsical. I stayed for 8 nights, and I enjoyed every minute of it. The staff, typical of Filipino businesses, very polite courteous and helpful. Please don't forget to tip 😊 The location, it couldn't any better, short walk to Manila's best dining and shopping, possibly the nest feal for a hood hotel in the area, most hotels jere are bigger luxury chains that can costs you a a fortune. I will definitely stay in this property again and I highly recommend it! Thank for the great stay!

Place is convenient and easy access to everything around Makati. Staff are professional and very helpful and accommodating, Although we arrived super early they are happy to cater our luggage with no question. and even provided us prompt assistance to any question we may have prior our booking date. They also have beautiful inhouse restaurant with lots of choices in case early cravings gets to you, FYI: Majority of restaurants and shopping centre in Makati starts at 10am. so its great to know you can have good food if you wake up early. Overall, the facility is clean and cosy not too crowded and beds are comfortable and for its price you wont regret stayingat this place compare to high priced hotels around the area. will definitely stay again on our next visit to manila.

We are grateful to the friendly courteous staff. Overall excellent service . The location is safe walking distance to Greenbelt Landmark and Glorietta malls.
