The pool on the roof top is definitely a winner. We had a nice room, very comfortable bed and pillows. Room was cleaned every 2 days but could have been done everyday if asked for. No restaurant for breakfast but 2 places very nearby. Great location with 2 subway stations around the corner. Would go back for sure.

A lovely hotel that I stay in every time I visit Singapore. Very convenient location only 2 minutes to public transport - which gets you everywhere in Singapore.

The area is pretty quiet compared to Orchard. The hotel is very dim, does not have a good vibe.

I like that the rooms were very spacious. However, it was pretty dusty, so my son kept sneezing because of his allergies. And the toilets had water flies coming out of the drain. It was pretty disgusting.

Hotel need to improve on getting towel without holes. No services at all at the hotel. Bar/breakfast. Very small rooms

Property is well located 2 blocks from SMU. Hotel is ok for the price. A bit pricier for what you get. It offers washers and dryers in the building which is very nice for a week stay. The towels were very old and had holes on them. AC units are noisy. No breakfast or bar. You have a 7Eleven two buildings towards the corner. Metro station is right in front of the hotel and grab service right there.

The manager there has a rather unprofessional, if not disrespectful, service attitude toward customer requests. He only referred everything to ‘their policy’ and has terrible ‘soft skills’ that is the most important skills for anyone in the managerial position for any service oriented business. I am expecting to make 5 to 10 trips per year to Singapore in the coming 10 years. I liked the location but unfortunately it was my first time staying at this hotel and it would also be my last time. I am coming back to Singapore again this week, and I booked another hotel on the same street near by. There are quite a few choices within 2 blocks. I own my own business and I will never let the current manager there be in that position in my own business.
