The setting of the lights and mirror is very strange, no lights are close to mirror, also the toliet power plug is not friendly with hair dryer, thats my first time to see in hotel ever.

The Park Royal on beach road is in an amazing location allowing us to have a wonderful experience in Singapore. Just across the road is Haji Lane which has many shopping and dining options, as well as Bussorah which had some amazing middle eastern restaurants. The location was also convenient to travel elsewhere in the city with nearby trains stations. The hotel was lovely and comfortable, with a great rooftop pool. Overall great experience.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is a good size and beautifully landscaped. Our room was spacious and comfortable.

It's such great value for money.. The hotel has such great decor and a unique colorful vibe. The gym and pool are amazing and really beautiful!

We purchased the club lounge with our stay. Joseph and Ester were fantastic. Could not do enough for us. Their smiling faces even after they were abused by other patrons which was not warranted. They both just smiled and tried harder to accomodate. Hotel is a little tired but still worth the visit. Unfortunately we stopped eating at both venues for breakfast (club and also restaurant) as food was stone cold and not good. Not enough variety. Eggs however were cooked to perfection. All staff though amazing. Will stay again.

The service provided by Joseph and the Club Lounge team was exceptional. They were all professional and polite and all went out of their way to help me have the best stay possible. Delicious breakfasts and buffet style evening meals with alcoholic drinks of choice were all presented with care and the service by the Club Lounge team was impeccable. I can highly recommend paying extra for the Club rooms purely to receive the exceptional customer service. In fact every member of staff at the Park Royal hotel provided me with polite and efficient service.

Was really nervous about booking this property as I would normally stay in Mandarin Oriental. But I booked this as we had 4 days in SP and we had loads of activities booked so were only planning on really sleeping at the hotel. If that’s what you are planning on doing, then book this in a heartbeat. It’s perfect. Location is really central and a quick taxi ride to all the main places. 10 mins to marina sands bay, 5 mins to flyer, 15 mins to gardens and 20mins to Sentosa. All really cheap to get a taxi to. And the beds were really comfortable and the shower was one of the best I’ve had. Only slight criticism was nobody helped with our luggage when we arrived but they apologised for that. Would highly recommend!

The hotel isndated but still clean and good sized rooms. The gym is well equipped ans the pool area spacious with sun all day. The staff were hit and miss with service and general friendliness. The restaurant at Ginger is poor. The breakfast is thenlowest qaulity i have had in Singapore. Its similar cost wise to other higher end hotels such as The Mondrian and The Pullman. However, the food is terrible. Very poor selection and very poor qaulity. They had packet cheese slices as the only cheese option for breakfast! The cheap cheese seen on McDonalds burgers. The dim sum was very low qaulity. The meat options very limited and low qaulity. If you can get a room cheap enough then stay there. But do not eat there!

We have stayed here many times. We love the large renovated rooms. The pool and surrounds is wonderful. Staff are friendly.The hotel is very close to Arab Street, with many restaurants. The rail service is about 400 metres away and this easily connects you to Orchard Rd.

What a great stay. We even got a late checkout until 4pm. Wow - made our last day in Singapore a full day as we did not to worry about checking out prior to our late evening flight. Great location and a great stay.
