Amazing hotel near the golden temple and many of the Tourist attractions. Really good quality of food and the team ensuring all your requirements and needs are met. The front of office team however need some customer service training.

I stayed with Fairfield by Marriott during my recent visit to Amritsar. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Also the hotel serves the best kulchas so do try it. Overall my stay at Marriott was pleasant with its clean and comfortable rooms.

Front desk checkin does not take long - they are super efficient. They have a plan including dinner which is absolutely worth it. Lounge in the serene pool area. The front lobby area is perfect for entertaining friends or family, but wait, we’ve not spoken of dining yet. Where does one begin? Arrived very early via train and was thankful that our room was ready, the staff were very friendly, accommodating and the room was very nice and reflective of the online images. Breakfast each morning had a very large choice of Indian and continental food but we stuck with the Marsala dosas as they were delicious. The meals are priced as expected for a quality hotel in India so if you eat here be prepared for the bill at checkout. They organised a hotel car and driver to take us to the Wagah border crossing to watch the ceremony, we could have walked the street to get a taxi there and back but we have been burnt before by drivers who either disappear or suddenly change their price, so having a hotel staff member take us and particularly show us the foreign tourist VIO lines was excellent.

I want to thank all the staff at this hotel. All the time they were very kind to us, but especially to Mr. Mohit, the chef, who prepared very tasty Indian food and gave it to us as an appetizer and explained to us how it was made. Thank you all for making our stay there so pleasant. Greetings from Mexico.

Short Stay..only overnight. Checked in at 9pm the staff at the counter seemed little inexperienced, however the check out staff was very smooth. Had to change different room than assinged as the room had foul smell and was very small in size and also the bathroom in all the rooms are very small. The rooms don't like the pictures posted online . Also didn't feel like a true Marriot Hotel. Felt like a normal hotel building having Marriot Name and Management.
