The room was mostly clean, but I found small pieces of shattered glass behind the bathroom door, along with dust and hair. Additionally, the shower took too long to get hot enough. I mentioned this to the front desk, but they didn’t seem to care.

Everything was perfect.

I could hear every step from the room above. I could hear, loudly, every time the other rooms above and next to us flushed their toilets. So loudly.

Stayed for 3 nights. Front staff was very rude and unprofessional. Observed them interacting with other guests in a similar unprofessional manner too on all days we stayed at the property.

The hotel was in a great location for us to see both family & friends while in town to attend a concert. However the first night at 2:30 am the fire alarm went off. After being woke out of a dead sleep & trying to figure out what was going on, & the phone in the room not working. It went off. Then it came back on so we decided to get our clothes on & head outside down 4 flights of stairs. All guests were confused as to what was going on. One person commented that he happened the night before too. Anyway after standing outside for about 10 minutes guests started to go back in so we followed. Not sure if it was over but eventually when we made it to the elevators 2 firefighters came out & told is was all clear. We never heard anything from the hotel or an employee.

Overall reasonable, very nice continental/hot breakfast. A couple of restaurants within walking distance. Biggest problem was major interior design flaws in room. Closet was in bathroom. Lighting extremely awkward. Not good storage to unpack clothes. Horrible room coffee. We asked for an extra desk chair but got no response.

At first check in we were double charged and had to speak to a manager to get our money back. The room was clean and nice as well as the hotel itself. Unfortunately, in our only one night stay our car was broken into in the parking lot. The staff did supply a vacuum and trash bags for our vehicles and tried to help anyway they could. The worst part is that we were told by many guests and the police that this is not the first incident even within the past 6 months. It would be in the hotels best interest to at least have working cameras in their parking lot, ESPECIALLY since this is not the first incident. Will not be staying at this location again because of they do not prioritize the safety of their guests.

I appreciated the easy check in process. The staff were always helpful and kind. My grandchildren really enjoyed the pool. The location is close to shopping as well as Graeters ice cream.

Hotel is in a great location directly across from Kenwood Towne Center Mall. Plenty of dining or shopping within 5 minutes of it. Staff was nice, room was clean. The breakfast was good and on par for what you'd expect for a hotel breakfast. The staff working in the hotel all smiled and said hello when walking by, which was a nice thing in my opinion. We would definitely come back and stay here again.
