Told reception about our shower and it didn’t get sorted. Water poured everywhere (mostly outside it) which was dangerous for my elderly mother. Also no Sky etc only simple tv 1,2,3 etc had to use own networks off cell which would not always be useful for everyone for the price you pay to stay.

Friendly helpful staff and easy parking

I stayed at this hotel for more than two weeks. I came to Auckland and stayed in several hotels, but I have never found a more comfortable and pleasant hotel. The kitchen facilities were perfect and very easy to use, so I enjoyed cooking every day and was able to make very nutritious and delicious meals. The bathroom was also very easy to use and comfortable. The bed was also very large and comfortable. I almost miss leaving here. The housekeepers are all friendly, kind, and very attentive, and always keep the room clean. The receptionists were very kind and responded to my requests immediately. The manager in particular is a charming person, so I recommend that anyone staying here talk to him. I would like to stay here again in the future. Thank you for supporting my perfect trip.
