The customer service was incredible. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. I'm from the South and the hospitality was there. Also, the view from right next to the hotel was amazing. Plus there was a walking trail next to the river right there as well. If you need to stretch your legs after traveling or need a place to walk the dog, it's perfect. 11/10

Lovely new Hilton with a fantastic view over the river in a quiet area. Staff very polite and helpful. Excellent well equipped room. Can't comment on the restaurant because we didn't eat there.

Only complaint I had was the restaurant when we tried order food out us on hold for 10 minutes and never came back so we didn’t even get to eat before we had concert. Also coffee machine in room brewed for 30 minutes and only gave us about a 1/3 cup of coffee if that. Overall it was good trip.

Brand new property, lots of noise, I believe a better sound insulation was required when was under construction I guess, charge for parking in a neighborhood full of parking spaces that’s another negative dot, all the rest is positive, we’ll be back and recommended!

Great hotel. Very clean. Everyone was friendly. Room was very nice. Location was perfect for a concert at freedom mortgage pavilion. Parking should be discounted and instructions on parking should be more clear and sent with a reservation.

You can catch some amazing sunsets over the Philly skyline from the waterfront walkway across the street from the hotel

I made the reservation for my daughters, and I called the hotel to clarify this. yet i received a call from my panicked daughter with an explanation, that the hotel would not allow access with out my autherization. great security, but i was sure this would not happen

We loved this hotel. The location was beautiful on the waterfront. The rooms were very clean as was the hotel. The food in the restaurant was very good.
