Absolutely shocking. Worst customer service I ever experience in my life. Couldn't get my inside the building in the pouring rain in Liverpool. Contacted them via WhatsApp and they kept repeating the same line that "check in is a 3PM"... that's fine with me, but don't let your clients in the rain for 2 hours. No place for luggage, no reception, and just rude and unprofesionnal service.
Big thank you to to Hotels.com who were incredible in trying to resolve the situation, but that "hotel" wasn't changing their position.
Avoid at all cost if you plan to arrive before 3PM as they are absolutely not fit to run a hotel or any business that deal with clients, even more business clients.

Arrived for our stay and immediately noticed how dirty it was. Looked like just the beds had been made, and the clean was forgotten about. The sink was really dirty, hairs all over the beds, crumbs all over the chairs, inside the cupboards, fridge, greasy smears all over the microwave, microwave tray was dirty, floor hadn't been hoovered, buts everywhere. Splatters of toothpaste on the bathroom mirrors, and on the toilet bins. Bin in the livingroom was broken and had no lid, no baking trays to use the oven. Broken handles in the bathrooms, so were unable to lock them. Bits of tissues in the bedroom drawers. I informed them straight away and they sent another cleaner, who did rectify a few of the issues, but he missed loads still. Contacted them again with a picture of the cupboards with bits in, and they didn't do anything. But took them an hour to send a baking tray. Doors weren't seen to either. I asked to be moved, and no response, I asked for a partial refund, and have been told they believe they rectified the issues, and I stayed and used the facilities so they won't give anything back as goodwill. When in fact I have the messages to prove I did let them know bits were missed after the cleaner had been. The walls had marks, food/drink stains down them. The whole place needs a good deep clean, new rugs, and some paint. The location was the only plus really. I did notice other apartments just a few metres down, so will be going there next time,as the location is good.

The apartment was really nice and with a couple of tweaks it could have been excellent. The sofa in the lounge was very uncomfortable. We also found soar milk in the fridge and the carpet could do with a clean.

Lovely apartment, ideal for us as a family of 6, 2 king size beds in one bedroom and double sofa in living room.
Only downside for me personally was lack of communication on the day re: access codes. This was received by WhatsApp 45mins before check in. I was panicked as the info said you would receive pre check in and codes 24hrs earlier. So we did have to call to confirm what was happening, did try about 5 different times with no answer or response to voicemail. Of the instruction stated it would be close to check in time I would not have been as stressed about arrival.
Smart tv and wi-fi were a bonus with the kids. Just remember to log out of Netflix!

When arrived the secure key box outside apartment was open. Didn’t need the security code to access key fob. The apartment was dirty - crumbs all over the lounge floor and dining chairs - and sofa! Also had chocolate wrappers poking out from under the sofa and chocolate crumbs on the dining room chairs. Can Ring pull on the shelf in bathroom! The bedroom luckily was tidy and beds clean although they where not king size as stated more like double beds and both In The same room. Really disappointed with the unclean state and unsecured entry. Messaged the customer service when checked in and got no response still not had one by following afternoon.

However the aircon didn’t work and we had to wait a few hours before we got table fans.

Good location for the city centre, great for us a family of 5. The only fault was there was a overwhelming strong smell of cannabis, making my children feel quite sick

Excellent apartment, 10 minutes walk to the city centre. Easy check in/out. Had everything needed for a family stay.

Was a good stay, clean and quiet with an extremely comfortable bed, within a good distance from everything. The only negative I have to say is the WiFi never worked so the TV was of no use and also couldn't pair it to the phone because neither phone would connect to the WiFi.

Good location and comfortable beds . Does lack in facilities e.g washing up sponges , tea towels , more cups & plates , poor plastic cultery . Lift was filthy on the floor . Found clothing and food down the side of the beds.

Family overnight stay for a concert. Great location. Fab from the start. Great communication, gorgeous apartment. Everything we needed from comfort, convenience and beautifully furnished too. Would definitely recommend and would definitely return!
