The room we booked was much larger and nicer than I had anticipated. Large, comfy king bed with lots of pillows. Room was spacious and even included a pullout out mattress (which we didn't use). Our suite had a large dining table with 6 chairs which came in handy as we outlined our plans each evening for the next day. Walk in shower was large as well with a shower head that was in a good position that neither I or my husband had to do the limbo to shower (important when you are each 6 feet tall). Plenty of linens were provided as well. The owner was to be out of town during our stay and had communicated with us in advance of this. She had arranged for someone else to be sure that we were taken care of for the duration of our stay. When we arrived we had some questions re: breakfast and the gentleman (Tom I believe) drove the vouchers over within 15 minutes. Top notch service and attention. If I return to Zion, will definitely be looking to stay here again!

Check in was smooth and easy, great location near a shuttle stop through the town. Nice backyard to sit and read a book after a long day of hiking. Would definitely recommend this property!

This is a single family residence broken up into apartments.....not what I consider a lodge. Also, there was construction in progress that we were unaware of.

Host was gracious and helpful. It was a very nice location to Zion and shuttle services. We had a great breakfast in town with voucher from host.

Very enjoyable stay while in a short trip to Zion. The unit we stayed in had everything you could need, very well thought out. Lovely garden area down to the river.

I liked that this property was quiet, safe and convenient to Zion, restaurants and shopping. The room was very roomy and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

The lodge is currently being renovated so the manager is off site in the evening. Jo the manager is very helpful, answering questions, telling you about the attractions in the area, and how to use the city shuttle. The bathroom needs a safety bar by the tub and the heater/ac filter needs to be clean more often as there was dust in the air which bothered my allergies. The voucher which you can purchase from the manager get you a breakfast at a great price. Will definitely return to the lodge when I return to see more of Zion.

This property is a hidden gem in Springdale at Zion National Park! The view in the back yard is beautiful along the Virgin River. Our bed was so comfortable with soft luxurious sheets and pillows. The kitchenette was great to have our coffee and muffins in the morning. There's an outdoor hot tub but we didn’t use it. Also a fire pit with chairs by the river. A deer was munching on apples 30 feet away! We loved our stay here and the host is wonderful and is on site.

We had a great stay at the Canyon Vista Lodge. It was convenient to the town shuttle and very quiet. We loved coming back after a long day of hiking to the hot tub and a comfortable bed.

The property backs up to the river, and the Lodge has a firepit area, swings, and chairs around to enjoy the views. Beautiful location and nice place to stay.

This was a wonderful choice for us. Right at the end of the Springdale shuttle line, we had a choice of taking this one or driving into the park to catch the Zion Shuttle. Very clean and specious accommodations. Loved having coffee, microwave, and refrig…. Nice in room dining table as well as table on the porch. The hot tub was wonderful after the 9 mile hike in the park. JoNell was very knowledgeable and very helpful to us. Awesome experience.
