GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT

All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.

Guest Access:
You'll enjoy complete privacy during your stay at our Arvada retreat. With a separate and private entrance, you have exclusive access to the entire lower-level space. Rest assured, there are no shared areas within the home. Your comfort and privacy are our top priorities, ensuring you have a relaxing stay.

Please park in the drive way, street parking is reserved for the upper unit.

The entrance to your unit is under the carport, the white door to the left.
Do NOT got to the front door.

The Neighborhood:
Nestled in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, our property offers a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. You'll appreciate the tranquil surroundings, making it an ideal retreat for relaxation and rejuvenation.

Getting Around:
The best way to navigate around is by renting a car, taking an Uber, or using the light rail.

Other Things to Note:
Occasionally, you may hear footsteps or noise from the unit above. Rest assured, we've taken steps to minimize any disturbances to ensure you have a comfortable stay.

The thermostat is not in the unit. It is controlled remotely, if it needs to be adjusted all you need to do is reach out and we will make you comfortable.
