► CCTV: Surveillance cameras are in operation in the communal hallway areas for your safety, but there are no cameras inside the apartment to ensure your privacy.

► No Parties: Parties are not permitted as it is a residential building and we must respect our neighbors. A noise detector is installed to prevent disturbances, and CCTV cameras are placed in communal areas, including one outside the flat (no cameras inside the apartment).

► Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 20:00 to 09:00.

► No Unregistered Guests: Only registered guests are allowed. Please book for the exact number of people. Any unregistered visitors will require you to vacate the property without a refund.

► Early Check-In/Baggage Drop-Off: If you need to drop off bags early or request an earlier check-in, please contact us in advance. We may be able to accommodate this for a fee: £20 for early check-in and £12 for baggage drop-off. This is arranged with our cleaning and Airbnb management team.

► Travel Cot: If you require a travel cot, please request it in advance. We provide a travel cot for a fee of £20 per stay, but note that linen is not included.
