We thought the staff who moved us to a stunning top floor room when our room proved a bit noisy on a Saturday night were incredibly kind. Loved the fabulous location on the Bosphorus in the heart of the markets. Breakfast downstairs in the waterside cafe was a must. The hotel is not newly renovated but it is beautiful and it is clean.

This place and location is a must. Forever memories made here.

بصراحه كل شيء سيء سوى الموقع ولو دريت اخذت شقه مفروشه افضل وارخص ياجماعه مايصير تعطوا تقيمات غير صحيحه انا استأجرت بناءً على تقيماتكم وحده كاتبه افضل شي عندهم ملحق بنتهاوس والله حرام فيه 500 ريال رجاءً المصداقيه مطلوبه على العموم لي اقامه ثانيه معهم بعد كم يوم واعلمكم بالتفاصيل

Die Lage ist exzellent. Die zentrale Lage ermöglicht es Cafés, Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wer den Luxus mag, findet in diesem Hotel wonach er sucht. Die Zimmerausstattung und Innenarchitektur ist atemberaubend. Ich war schon in vielen luxuriösen Hotels, aber das Personal in diesem Hotel ist so freundlich und so sehr bemüht, wie ich es kaum erlebe habe! Auch am Abflugtag haben sie das Unmögliche möglich gemacht, damit wir unseren Flug noch erwischen! Absolute Weiterempfehlung für Jeden!

Every morning, I watched a well-dressed woman in front of Ortaköy Mosque having her photograph taken by a professional photographer.The scenery is as beautiful as a postcard, with the breeze from the Bosphorus.If you stay here for a few days, you will be close to the words of Orhan Pamuk in his novel “Istanbul”. He used to enjoy seeing the Asian side from Beşiktaş, especially during sunrise.It's true that Ortaköy is far from the Garata Bridge, but it only takes half an hour to sail to　Eminönü.You can also take an Otobüs to Karaköy. Don't forget the magic words "Burada ineceğimiz" to indicate that you will get off the bus. (2023 marks the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Republic of Türkiye.My heart goes out to those affected by the disaster. I hope things will get better soon.)

Sadly, at midnight, I felt like I was in a movie theater with the Dolby system(R) because of the bass coming from the hall or so on where the hopeful young next generation may be gathering.
