The staff were super friendly ! There was a manager who walked around making sure everyone was good at pool area and patio area. Sounds weird but loved the smell of the building as soon as we walked in we said wow it smells so good here! Everything was super clean!

Everything. Pool was my favorite. Food truck was amazing. Staff is exceptional! Location is prime! The hotel is so clean!

The breakfast should have included more variety

The hotel is welcoming as it smells good and has a nice lobby with music playing. The outdoor area is nice and the pool stays open until midnight. The room was exactly as pictured and clean.

There are limited food options, especially for children. The restaurant and marketplace don't accept cash. One of the reasons we stayed there was its proximity to Universal Studios and that it offered a shuttle. However, when I asked about shuttle service, I was told it was only for Disney. Then when the employee checked, she stated that there was one shuttle going to Universal but it was already full.

Loved the vibe at this hotel! Very friendly staff and comfortable stay. The property is adorable! Loved the pool and recreation area! The location is also convenient. This will be a regular place to stay for future stay-cations!

Convenience, short walk to I Drive Room was clean and bed comfortable

Room key didn't work so I had to rely on the front desk getting master key each time I left and went back. TV was on when I arrived late at night and no remote control. Waited 30 minutes after calling reception for someone to bring one and eventually had to go to reception to get it so I could sleep. Response times of staff was really not good at all

We liked the decoration, cleanliness, organization, comfort of the beds and quality of the bed and bath products.

There was no explanation at the reception with guidance about breakfast, as we discovered later that it was through Starbucks, we had to get a voucher, in our case $23 per person. The service at the Starbucks store is terrible, the prices are absurd, in short we hate these breakfast systems.

First off all the staff was welcoming, friendly & very helpful. especially Tiffany who was one of the front desk hosts in the lobby. She made sure that we were comfortable and well appreciated as guests.

The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Hector brought our bags up to our room.. He was very Friendly and knowledgeable about the area..Location is right in the middle of Orlando..10 out of 10

They had equipment that was being used for remodeling of a part of the facility and took up parking spaces for the guest.

The location was great & the room was clean.

Parking is expensive. They didn’t mention a $37 parking fee when I checked in. If I had known this, I would have stayed at the Endless Summer resort with free shuttle to Universal. Also they need to clean up the property, there are homeless people walking around in the parking lot & sitting by the back door. I would not expect this at a hotel for this price.

There was a young rowing team running through the halls very loud in the common area. It was currently under renovation so dust and equipment was everywhere. And I was charged for parking when I didn’t drive I used ride share services. I had a better time when it was owned by Crown plaza.

The hotel was absolutely gorgeous. The staff was friendly.

I wish the hotel restaurant was open longer.

The staff at the front desk were, for the most part, friendly and accommodating. They did provide me with a breakfast voucher to compensate me for the upgraded room I requested and paid for not being available due to construction

Where to start? The hotel was under construction and it was not mentioned at all on either the Hotel Kinetic, Mariott Bonvoy, or Booking.com site. It's understandable that things get renovated, but I should be able to choose to stay there knowing all the details. When I say under construction, I mean, the lobby was a construction site, the restaurant was under construction, the fitness centre was under construction and closed. The pool was 'not recommended' due to its proximity to the outdoor construction and its, consequently, dirty, poor condition. With the pool being ill-advised, obviously the pool-side bar was also closed. The are working on room renovation as well, so while trying to work in the mornings, hammering, drilling and whatnot could be heard through my wall, which is perfect when you're travelling for work. One day, the power went out which meant that not only was it hot, but also that the wifi was gone - also great for working. A call to guest services to inform them was met with a 'didn't you get the memo' response (which I did not get). This was the only employee lowlight as the guest services rep sounded irritated at my irritation. Anyways, this place sucked and it is disappointing that no one from the hotel, Mariott corp, or Booking.com are interested in doing anything about it. I would recommend thinking twice before using any of these.
