When my wife and I were done we expected to head back to the hotel and grab a drink and bite to eat. But instead we were faced with a nightclub atmosphere where we couldn’t even unwind and hold a conversation

We stayed here for a Stars game. The stadium is literally across the street. Staff was pleasant, the room was amazing, and everything was sparkly and clean. Exactly what you would expect from a place like the W.

Honestly, it was great. Pricey, but worth it, especially for the convenience to the stadium.

I loved the staff! They made me feel very welcomed from the moment I arrived. I had the pleasure of being checked in by Damion who took the time to speak to me and explain everything in detail. He introduced me to the staff that was working with him at the front desk who were equally as pleasant. At breakfast I was greeted by Jeremy who was amazing. My boyfriend and I really enjoy the service and conversation with him each morning. We had an all around great stay!

The location is superior right across from American Airlines, all restaurants and bars and valet were open at all times, the staff went above and BEYOND! Amazing, we will be back.

Location was awesome for the Dallas Stars game. The room was clean. The breakfast was delicious and the service outstanding.

That the restaurants around close early. When there is an event they should consider staying open later.

THE LOCATION WAS GREAT WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE OF OUR EVENT, THE FACILITIES WERE CLEAN , ROOM WAS A GREAT SIZE , BED WAS COMFORTABLE, VIEW AT NIGHT WAS GOOD , DURING THE DAY YOU COULD SEE ALOT OF CONSTRUCTION WHICH IS NOT THEIR FAULT . IT SEEMED LIKE THEIR WASN'T MUCH AIR CIRCULATION , TEMPERATURE WAS SET AT A LOW DEGREE BUT STILL SEEMED ALOT WARMER LACK OF AIR CIRCULATION , A SMALL FAN COULD FIX THAT ISSUE I JUST FORGOT OUR TRAVEL FAN , THE ONE THING WE DID NOT LIKE WAS THAT A MAID WALKED INTO OUR ROOM EARLY IN THE MORNING UNANNOUNCED AT A VERY INAPPROPRIATE MOMENT TOTALLY RUINED THE MOMENT !! NO GRAB AND GO MARKET AVAILABE N THE LOBBY IF YOU NEEDED A LATE NIGHT SNACK OR BEVERAGE YOU WILL HAVE TO WALK TO A STORE . THE SOAPS /LOTIONS THEY PROVIDE DO NOT SMELL GOOD AT ALL WE USED OR OWN
