The best feature is that it's a block away from downtown Fremont. The A/C unit was running great.

I asked the front desk clerk for more disposable cups and he said they didn't have any which I found hard to believe as the room came with disposable cups already. It had a strong stench of cigarette. The biggest disappointment was the room was not mopped at all, the floor was very dirty and I had my 18 month old running around.

The location was amazing

Room conditions were poor: squeaky beds . A/c broken. The entire room smelled funny, a sensation of dirty Ness all over the place. Good water pressure tough

I arrived at their driveway without problems. Beyond that, the space allowed here can't begin to hold all the horrible experences I had staying at this property.

The room was filthy, walking in the room turned your socks black quickly. No fridge or microwave. instant coffee but no coffeemaker,broken toilet seat, every faucet leaking. missing lightbulbs, TV remote laying in pieces, non smoking room ?smelled like an ashtray. Being awakened at normal sleeping hours (12 to 3 am) by"clubs" across the street and directly next door at noise levels that would wake the dead. Room serviced 1 day out of 4, (3 days to fix toilet seat).The property took the word SLUM to a new level. Many other awakened guests outside thier rooms shared my thoughts. You should see the video with audio I took one morning at 3:30 AM. I can't believe Booking.com would promote this property on their site.

Waiting 4 hours to check.. 7:00 pm instead of 3. Funny that it's a smoke free room and watch as the cleaning staff are smoking while "cleaning" the room.

The staff was great. Very nice and helpful. I had misplaced an important item and they managed to get it back to me. Friendly from beginning to end. Many thanks to them, especially at the front desk.

The rooms are a bit dated, thus there’s quite a bit of wear. Older blankets etc. No fault of the people who work here though.
