Roaches in bath tub, hole in window screen allows bugs to get in, chip floor trip Hazzard. Handicap ramp blocked by cars. No handles in bathroom.

The hotel is right at the end of the strip, so you can easily walk there all night, drink responsibly, without worrying about having to drive back to the hotel

For the price it was good value. The room was clean and comfortable and completely fine, better than I expected from the reviews. It was easy and quick to get an Uber out the front. They also cleaned and made up the room every day when I went out for the afternoon, which is not something I experience often these days and haven't experienced in 'nicer' hotels in Vegas (usually I do not get the room cleaned at all during a four night stay).

There was a door in the wall to the next room, and on my first day and then at 5am the guests were blasting loud music I could hear in the room (woke me). Thankfully they then checked out and I had no issues the next three nights. But I wouldn't choose this hotel again if possible for this reason though - it's like not having a wall at all. It's also deceptively far to walk even just to Circus Circus or Resorts World though - it looks close but it isn't! So the location wasn't as good as when I've stayed even a little bit further south on Convention Centre Drive. I like to be able to nip out and grab a drink/food etc to take back to my room and that was tricky here. Oh and I couldn't get one of the bedside lights to work, and the other was weirdly tricky (super minor).

Front desk staff was rude, i didn't get the numbers of bed i ask, and I didn't get the 2 rooms with the the two beds i ask on my reservation.

Customer service while checking in was terrible. Attendant has horrible attitude and lacks people skills.

The running water sink stinks 🤮 We couldn’t swim, the pool entrance was closed. Our keys did not work multiple times. Juan, was very polite and helpful. God bless you Juan! The ladies that clean our room where very meticulous and professional. Thank you!

The bed was a little bet to hard, maybe a 2” memory foal top matress could help.

The, Staff were rude I couldn’t get any clean towels. I was Told by staff that while houses clean my room I wasn’t allowed in the room. So, I Left and when I came back my bag was gone through and my room still looked the same.

it wasn't too clean (we had quite a few bugs in the room) and had no hot water but was hot enough there to have cold showers so didn't mention anything. hot water came back on our last morning
