Overall, the hotel was horrible and our experience was far from expected- and we did not have high expectations. Firstly, It is located right at the end of the strip, far from walking distance to anything we wanted to see in Vegas. The hotel was also extremely dated and the cleanliness of the rooms (or lack of) is far below par. A few hours after checking in to our ‘non smoking room’ we called concierge to see if we could swap rooms as we had requested a non smoking room and the one we were provided had a very obvious and unbearable smoking scent- my husband and I do not smoke and he is an asthmatic. Our request was denied saying they did not have any availability even though booking.com suggested otherwise. We were dismissed and told they would send someone up. We had a member of staff come with a can of deodorizer which did not resolve the issue. The room also did not appear to have been cleaned, there was hair all over the carpet, on the bed and in the bathroom and crumbs all over the floor. We also had to wear shoes inside because the carpet was sticky and felt like something you would expect in a nightclub. Do yourself a favour and avoid staying here at all costs!

The property was very clean overall it was enjoyable to walk through your hallways. Few things need to be addressed some of the oldness of the hotel and the way that you’re made Service cleans the bathrooms.

Some of the things I did not like with your cocktail waitresses with very bad attitudes in the area of where you place your big bet at she was very nasty. She walked by me and my associates four times and I addressed it, but no one ever said anything to me no management staff at all as a patron, I am there to pay salaries. I am not there for attitude because I am a man of color a man of color. She chose to wait on two other people before she even thought about coming our way and she still never came she looked at us and turned her head.

Front desk de mala actitud parece que te hacen un favor. Y no fue el que me realizó el Check in el estuvo muy amable pero el día lunes fui por la tarde por una información y la persona que estaba fue muy grosero y nada asertivo en cómo tratar a un cliente. Me dieron una mejor habitación por 30 dólares más por noche pero al llegar no sirvió el aire acondicionado de la habitación y era en el último piso el más caliente. Y estábamos a 42 grado C afuera. Me cambiaron de habitación 3 horas después y era más chica baño súper pequeño apenas se podía entrar y salir de él. Habitación 20-140

Even though prepaid, I upgraded to a better room with fridge and found the room stinking of cigarette smoke. (Was non smoking room). Spent one night and asked to change rooms the next day. Was arranged straight away.

The pool at the roof wasn’t open, didn’t have water for the whole day, no microwave inside the rooms.

Bel hôtel dommage nous n avons pas eu assez de temps pour profiter de tous les services de cet établissement.

Dommage que l hôtel soit éloigné du strip. Il faut beaucoup marcher pour rejoindre le centre. Par ailleurs le personnel a l accueil ne fait pas d efforts pour nous comprendre malgré l application traduction. Il n y a pas de Frigo dans la chambre et le parking extérieur est payant, 20 $.
