elevators and halls smelled very antiseptic. Room slightly musty. No hot water for a morning shower and this has happened every time I have stayed here.

The dove products were great and it was clean room.

We were suppose to her a free breakfast, but when we got there the clerk said we would not receive one because of booking.com. We were not happy about it, but we didn’t push it. We had a horrible time getting there and just wanted to rest. And the staff wasn’t pleasant at all.

Very Nice hotel, the staff was very helpful and friendly, s/o to the shuttle driver he was so nice. The hotel room was nice, they provide “Dove/Suave” soap, conditioner, shampoo and body lotion.

We didn’t get the room that was on the picture on booking.com and we had to do the sofa bed ourselves which kinda sucks but ok. And also the pool view was sh*tty if I may as the only thing we were seeing was trees and a dot of water from far away. And to get the shuttle to pick you up, good luck if you don’t have an American phone number as you can only call them to get it, they don’t really answer messages on booking :/

Everyone we talked to was professional and helpful

The room was "wet" with excessive moisture. The parking policy was not conveyed nor discussed beforehand.

location is great.

Bed frame had metal part sticking out and my daughter almost cut her lower leg with it. very unsafe to have this metal parts since they have sharp edges and aren’t covered. They did not had keys for the room due to no internet available we were not able to leave the room because if we left and we locked the room there was not key available for us to open it again. Front desk personnel mentioned that the day of our staying the power was out for like 4 hrs. that’s why they did not had wifi available either. they did not have breakfast available in the morning either.

The staff at reception were extremely friendly. Both at check in and also when I requested a late check out. Always smiling and very helpful. I only had a couple of drinks at the bar and the bar staff were very good as well.

Very close to Airport , shuttle q30 minutes, very clean. Dennys across the street, restaurant in the facility.

King bed not properly on its metal frame left 4” street rods sticking out (Rm 711) & is very dangerous. Someone wWILL get hurt.

the room was very muggy and it was hard to sleep because I felt like I was sleeping in a tent. you have to pay for parking and we didn’t k ow this and got fined $44, but hotel manager made it right and deducted the price of ticket off our stay.

The room was comfortable, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and it was pet friendly!!
