Great location in the heart of Little Italy

Location in Little Italy and a few blocks from the Embarcadero. Free coffee and bottled water. Very nice staff.

A bit of noise from the very popular night spots nearby on Saturday night.

The location is vibrant with great dining options. The lobby is beautiful, and the staffs are super friendly and helpful. We were given good suggestions for restaurants and were allowed to store our luggages before and after check-in/out.

No kettle in the room, so I couldn’t make tea/coffee for myself. Ventilation is lacking in the bathroom, and the window in the bathroom (couldn’t be opened) has no blinds, so that I had to be cautious when changing clothes. A place to hang the towels in the bathroom will also be appreciated.

No cafe, bar or breakfast, closest 7/11 around the corner Homeless guy laying at front door of hotel and the smell of urine was poor. But they did wah the pavement the following morning

pretty noisy during the week or on the weekends. they didn’t tell us they had a microwave in a conference room and no coffee in the room but a coffee place right next door.

You can’t beat the hotel’s location, the rooms are a bit tight but that’s what you pay for if you want to be in the middle of the action. Check in and check out were very fast and easy

I find it absurd that they don’t clean your room or even make your bed. This made sense in the peak of the pandemic however now is just being cheap. We paid over $200 a night and had to make our bed and our towels weren’t changed… Also, the parking was $30 per night

Great location very friendly staff. The rooms are well appointed. If your not a seasoned traveller you may perceive the room to be small. However we have stayed in much smaller.

We new what to expect staying in the heart of Little Italy so it was great.

the location and the price

small walking space in the rooms, difficult for two people to share.

Been staying here for about 20yrs and the hotel has continued to improve, comfortable beds, and nicely decorated.

Location in Little Italy is convenient but no longer desirable. Little Italy now reeks of urine with persons visibly urinating in the planters, the plaza has homeless persons taking over tables which make sitting in the plaza unpleasant, even impossible, and this is likely the last time we will visit the area.

Great location, just on the corner with Little Italy, so close to amazing restaurants but not at all noisy. parking underneath or right out front was no hassle.

would be nice to have tea and coffee facilities in the room.
