Property not maintained, old and in need of repairs. Roaches and other crawling insects all over the place! There were no housekeeping services. However, we were given clean towels when we complained. Staff was very apologetic.

The room was smelly with smoke, AC was licking, floor dirty. Mosquito 🦟 in the room, fleas everywhere, curtain was transparent, AC was blowing hot. Horrible experience. Hair all over the bedsheets. Would like a refund. It didn't worth it

Courteous employees on front desk.

Rooms are dirty and dusty. Housekeeping never cleaned my room. Had to ask the lady at the Front Desk to send someone. Ice machine never worked. Breakfast was juice, coffee and snacks. When it rained water came in to my room from under the bedroom door.

The rooms and the areas need more clean. especially the bathroom Every night I have to go to the front desk because the key was inactivated.

It was in a good location for our funeral that we were going to

The room was filthy. You had to wear a socks because if you didn't when you woke up in the morning and when you took a shower you'd fill the bathtub up full of dirt and lint from the bottom of your feet. The lock on the door you know that safety latch the door part of that fell off the first night. And all the water fixtures like faucet in the sink and the thing in the shower to make the water run all felt like they're about ready to fall off. Had the free breakfast was like boxes of cinnamon rolls as in cinnamon rolls and you know you who those brown chocolate cakes like Hostess Cakes but smaller and apples and oranges.

I didn’t sleep because roaches were constantly crawling on the bed. The room had a very strong smoke scent which triggered my sinus immediately ..roaches were everywhere! And if the roaches aren’t bad enough, the walls are paper thin, the noise alone will have you up all night.

Comfortable, and very clean. King size bedroom is spacious.

The staff was a bit slow and impatient, the guest infront of me had questions and she sounded annoyed, but it was very late. I was also charged twice and it is very hard to actually get anyone on the phone. And some of the lights didn't work.

Noisy at night. drug use. Marijuana smell. Fight at night. Its not a hotel. People use hotel to live there.

The location was the only bright side of this place

No housekeeping services for the entire week I was there, rooms extremely outdated, electrical plugs did not work well, holes in walls by refrigerator, dirty light switches, window curtains dirty and stained. The staff at reception was not very welcoming they just looked at you and never really asked how May I help you, except for when I checked in a young lady named Kenzie (I believe) was great! Had to change rooms 3 times at check-in. First room the TV and Wi-Fi did not work, 2nd room I went to as I was moving a lot of my things down the hallway room was not cleaned, had to take all of my belongings back to the first room so they were not sitting outside. Finally, after the third attempt, I had to move to the other end of building the TV and Wi-Fi was good, not once did they ask can we send someone to help you move all of your items. I would pay double and stay somewhere else.
