The room was spacious and the breakfast offered many options.

Location was a 10 min drive from shopping and restaurants. Not many options I liked close by.

place was well situated nice pool and gym. very clean staff was helpful and friendly .good value considering any place within an hour of saratoga race track charges way tooo much to get nothing.

Many of the hotel guests between the hours of 8:00 pm and midnight were extremely loud especially in the hallways and the lobby area. The fire alarm in our room kept making this big flash constantly all night.

The 2 black females that work the front desk in the morning made subliminal comments anytime my guest or I would walk past the desk. The entire time of my son's 5th birthday they would come and stare at us in the pool area. When I would come in from smoking outside they would tell "can we have spray to put in the hallway for the marijuana smell" and then charged my card $250 for smoking inside the room WHICH NEVER HAPPENED!!! told me they had evidence of my smoking in there but can't provide the evidence because there wasnt any!! Then was told complimentary breakfast was until 10 & my family and I got there at 920 to no food so sat there and waited for some to be brought out. Instead it became 10am and they took EVERYTHING DOWN so when I asked the food aide was more food coming out cause we have been sitting there waiting for 40 minutes she tells me "nope breakfast is over now" so my children and I didn't get to eat .

Good location, close to the airport

TV in our room did not work. We called down for assistance and we’re told to turn it off and back on…still didn’t work. Other than that it was an enjoyable stay.

The room and staff exceeded our expectations!

That we were only there for 7 hours just to sleep before our early flught
