Chesterfield us such a neat part of springfiekd! The beds are great here. Facility is super clean

They could of made other choices for breakfast for the hot side. But, what we had was very good.

The breakfast was nice. The variety of juices was a good touch. The king room was spacious. The location was perfect for my needs.
There is no elevator, so you have to go in a dank stairwell to the room. The room and hallway smelled musty and dirty. The walls in the bathroom were flaking paint. There were roaches in the bathroom. There was trash on the shelf by the door. It’s a very dated hotel in dire need of updates. The facility is nonsmoking, but the room next door was obviously smoking, so my room stank. The room was the brownest place I’ve ever been.

Clean, pool was nice and warm. Staff was friendly during check in and throughout the stay. Breakfast was really good.
Bed was a little hard and leaned to one side a little. Other than that all was good.

The pool was nice, check in was easy, staff were nice, breakfast was decent.
There was food in our fridge when we arrived. The other room we had, had no toilet paper. The towels at the pool were pretty much hand towels. The elevator did not work. What I really did not like was there was no info in the room, so to find the vending machines, ice maker you had to call or go to the front desk. Also they had no local advertising we were hungry but did not know what was nearby to order.

It’s located close to the medical mile.
It’s no longer a well lit property. It seemed really dark on the sides and back of property. I was well lit at the entry facing the highway.
My husband and I used to come here and stay when there was a theater in walking distance. It felt safe to walk there. I’m not so sure now that the theater is not there.

THe breakfast was good. The service was excellent.

Was put into an adjoining room, not sure why since there was low occupancy. People in the adjoining room were having loud sex all night and early morning.

the pool was nice and warm, everything was clean, the breakfast was good, the staff was very friendly, everything seemed well maintained
the bed was not the most comfortable, no elevator so I would recommend that if you cannot walk up stairs to the second floor that you let them know in advance
