El desayuno estaba muy bueno

A pesar del mal rato, tienen personas como housekeeping, y unos caballeros en recepción que ayudaron a mejorar nuestra estadía.

Dos personas de la recepción fueron groseras, irrespetuosas, mal educadas. No tienen formación en servicio al cliente. Una de ellas se identifico como la front manager, a ella y la otra recepcionista les falta experiencia para tratar con los clientes, empatía para entender y atender las necesidades que se puedan presentar, el hotel necesita mantenimiento y nuevo personal en recepción, estás personas no tienen formación, no volvería.

I like the location.

The staff treated my mother like she was a criminal . Taking several pictures of her identification and other things for no reason at all because the room was booked online. Very distasteful .

The pool was unbelievably gross - cigarette butts floating in it, full of dead flies and the odd dead geckos! Also randomly changed its name from quality in. During our stay with no notification which made finding it late at night trickier than it should’ve been. Decor is very outdated

This was a great stay for a great price. The location was very convenient for someone who did not have access to a car - basic amenities were in walking distance and taking an Uber to places (i.e Kia Center) was not too expensive. The room was massive and the AC worked like a charm. The pool was lovely and very quiet during my stay! They were accommodating with storing my bags and also offered an affordable day rate so that I could check out at 4pm.

The furniture in the rooms is run down and outdated. However, the hotel recently changed owners and it looked like they were in the process of upgrading the place!

El desayuno era bastante completo, frutas, waffles, pan y tostador, huevos, bacon, salchichas, jugos, café, leche, cupcakes. La relación precio-calidad excelente, y la ubicación 100pts.

Localização muito boa, fácil acesso, muitos ônibus passam próximo ao hotel que te levam as parques. Café da manhã bem servido e com opções diversas. Quarto confortável, cama boa e chuveiro também. Em Orlando uma das opções mais em conta e com conforto.

O horário da piscina fechar é as 22 horas. Mas muitas pessoas ficam na área até mais tarde, Não que tenha me incomodado, mas os funcionários deveriam avisar que a piscina pode ser utilizada até a hora que quiser.

Hotel com excelente localização, pessoal muito prestativo um bom custo beneficio.

creio que pode melhorar as mobilias do quarto dar uma atualizada mas nada que prejudique a estadia, mas creio que seria bem bacana para melhorar ainda mais a experiencia.

Las habitaciones son viejas, incluso los baños se ven manchados de humedad. El personal es variable, unos amables, otros nada simpáticos El desayuno está bien, hay pan y waffles pero es mejor complementar comprando jamón o queso uno mismo

It was very dirty and full of cockroaches. Carpets were disgusting and there was blood on sheets. Left after one night. Only stayed the one night as we checked in after 2am.

Nothing horrible hotel

Everything! From the moment you walk in you see mole. I was upset to see left over candy by the last person in the room which means this room was not cleaned, bedsheets were dirty and bathroom had mole.

Breakfast was so much better than we expected. Waffles were great, so was the sausage, egg and coffee. Lots of healthy options to choose from such as fruit, yougart, cereal and juice.

The bathroom could use a refresh, such as bathtub.

This property was very rundown. The rooms were very dirty, the shower was gross. It looked like a scene from a crime scene. Didn’t feel safe at all.

Overall stay. There was roaches in the room, the pictures online made the rooms seem more upkept. As shown in the pictures there was alot of imperfections in upkeep with the room especially the third picture that shows one of the occasions that a roach was found. I also booked for the fact that there was a shuttle available for the theme park yet once scheduled there was no method of knowing where the pick location at the hotel would be and had to find it myself as well as on the way back again no clear plan as to what shuttle was the one for the hotel and bus was missed and unfortunately no one was available to help with shuttle questions

la atención de la señorita de recepción no fue buena, no fue amable bastante cortante, y poco servicial.

The hotel has all the amenities that we were looking for. It is overall comfortable, generally very clean and provides the necessary comforts that one would expect. the location is wonderful and is near a variety of resturants and only a short drive to theme parks. It does offer shuttle service, unfortunately the times were undesirable. Breakfast was offered and the variety was better than expected yet lacking. There is a pool and hottub although they could use a refresh. Free parking is a plus. Felt safe

The ice bucket and tray looked dirty. The floor was soaked, clearly they had just shampooed the carpets and they were so wet none of our bags could be left on the ground and we wore shoes throughout the room. At the time of check in we were notified this was the best room, so kept it, only to discover the bedding...but we requested the bedding after 11pm after a full day out at the parks, after we crawled in to bed and then noticed that the blanket was torn and tattered and had some discoloration. No big deal right, call and request new bedding?! Except the front desk agent now stated he could not leave the front desk as he was alone. I offered to come retrieve it and was told there wasn't any, however he did offer to switch me rooms. It was a solution, however my kids were already asleep and I was not repacking my room at 11pm. So we dealt with it. The phone I used to call the front desk, had a squished bug under the handset. The workers in the breakfast area are rude and dismissive and don't speak English. There was no peanut butter, ok fine. But then no butter at all for any of the bread, bagels, waffles they provide. There is little variety outside of basics like cereal, bread, etc. White bread only. One type of yogurt. Check in was quick, however lengthy due to multiple check ins at the same time. Based on our booking, the hotel knew exactly when to expect us, so it was presumed that they were aware of most of the other bookings.
