No limpiaron el cuarto ni colocaron nuevas toallas al siguiente día, el internet no era bueno en la habitación

I booked a room there but I booked it for the wrong thing and I called three days in a row I canceled it ahead of time and they refused to give me my money back I had let them know the in advance so it left me in my significant other stuck stranded with nowhere to go for the night I have called to talk to the manager and she told me the manager was named to call back tomorrow and I called for 3 days after that I was declined each time to speak to the manager they were very rude and they refused to look at their inboxes to see that I have canceled my booking ahead of time because of due to the fact that I have booked it for the wrong City

Close to my morning appointment/location.

Breakfast experience was terrible. No milk, no spoons, options mostly unavailable. All guests were complaining about lack of supplies and breakfast. Hotel short-staffed. Just a terrible breakfast experience.

The staff was horrible, the pool was closed, they didn't have enough blankets for every bed to have one.
