while it is in a sketchy part of town, there are many lights, cameras, and gates. I asked about auto theft and break-in. They said that it had never happened. The room was small but it was clean with clean bedding and bath. There was a kitchenette for use as well. When calling the office for housekeeping and maintenance, both came quickly and were courteous.
The neighborhood was poor and there were several derelicts walking along the roads. It was difficult to find the office. The property crosses a road. We were parked on one side. The sign said the office was across the road. I looked directly behind me and crossed to a house. That was not it. I went back to the sign to get the phone number and call the office, when I noticed the office across the opposing road!
I had to give a $150 deposit for damaging the room. However, because I used a credit card, a $4.50 fee was attached that I will not get back.
The room was extraordinarily small. The bathroom was a mixture of 1950s art deco with modern white floor tile and black grout. It appears dirty, but it probably isn’t.
The biggest problem was the shower. The hot water took 20 minutes to heat up. During that time, I called the office. They sent maintenance who tried the water and it was fine. However, we started hearing a pump kicking on and off after that. Did they waste gallons of water or was the water heater just turned on? Either way, the shower handle could only be turned slightly toward cold to be able to not be burned and not have freezing water.
We wanted to leave, but the policy is to not give your money back, no matter what. The nighttime office personnel as well as the office phone message was difficult to understand due to heavy accent.
Finally, I was bullied into paying parking, $10 a day in their OWN lot, but I would receive that money back IF I gave a good review. I won’t hold my breath.

Neat building, courtyard.
Deceptively claims to have a "hot tub" when they really mean the room has a small bathtub plus a supply of hot water, which is only sometimes available. Hidden fee of $100 deposit apparently non-refundable.

Cleanliness. Close to store & other places.
Did not like how long you had to wait to check in. Also the a/c needed to work better; it was not very cool in our room. The gentleman that checked us in was super nice. I think the cleaning people had good customer service and were helpful

Clean
The process of checking in/waiting outside for your turn, the room smelled of strong strong bleach. Could not hardly stand it. Pillows were flat. Bedspread looked dirty and smelled. Only 2 towels and a large face cloth,no wash cloth at all. Parking was a problem. Noice outside on the street until 2/3 in the morning. Will never stay there again.

My room wasn’t clean and the couch in my room was soiled in dirty smelly. The toilet seat needed to be replaced, it was worn out and the paint was peeling off the toilet seat. This hotel didn’t offer a cleaning service, but I was charged $19.99 per day for cleaning service on my bill. I had to go out and buy my own cleaning supplies such as broom mop toiletries soap. I had to empty my own trash. The bathroom is outdated. This hotel doesn’t offer clean linen on your bed each day, due to Covid I think that’s important.

Honestly we did notmlike anything except the kitchen which was not useful because we stayed only for 4 hours in the room and checked out for the flight.
Most of the things we did not like like I can mention few ones...
Washroom door.was.not.getting locked from inside
There were small insects inside the washroom and on the.bed
Bed legs were shaking when we slept
AC was not effective with very low fan speed room was not getting cool.
There were any.more.

It was very clean, very updated , and very friendly.

The location was good.
No COVID 19 safety measures. It was basically a homeless camp for drug addicts, with random people coming in off the street. Everyone including the workers were getting high. You would have thought you were at a block party.

Nothing at all
You had to buy your own tissue seem to be a lot of homeless crazy looking men staying there

The girls of the reception were very friendly. It's very comfortable that there are table and umbrella near room. If you need come few more early than check-in or stay few time more after check-out you can ask this on the reception.
First of all there was problem with light in the bathroom. When you have take a shower the light is off every 30 seconds. Someone or you must go and move in front of sensor. No one didn't make nothing for 5 days of our stay. You must know that they don't clean the room all time when you are there. You will need to clean a room and dry yours towels because they don't change them. KITCHEN! The kitchen is dirty. They don't clean a plates and a glasses good. Saucepans and frying pans were oily!!! I have cleaned only one what I had used. Didn't touch the others.
