The location of the hotel was very good. Just across the tram station. Rooms are spacious and top notch TVs in the room The cleaners were also kind so good at their jobs! Big applause to the hotel!

The manager Yaseen at the breakfast was awesome guy. He helped us alot and very welcoming. By the second day he knew our order and delivered with a smile. Always smiling.

The main dest reception made our lives a little difficult. Price changed and locked out our rooms. Requests for extra towels never came. The staff didn't really know what to at times and always had to call the manager for assistance. The price I seen on booking.com and once we arrived at the hotel the price changed to a higher amount. Also we landed at 5am and check inn was at 12 with a small child I was forced to pay in the difference for early check inn.. neway the hotel was OK and might stay again..

Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the city center,extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff. Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody!
