Was close to the hospital where we had family there.
Pillows were not that comfy, couches are to small.

Nice and spacious, apart from the bedroom and bathroom.
Magnificent views.
Not enough tea and coffee and no one at reception to ask for more.
No hangers in the wardrobe.
No mirror in the bedroom and no full-length mirror anywhere in the apartment.
Towels were not changed in our four-day stay, nor any other housekeeping.
Shower leaked out of the door, which saturated the bath mat.
Toilet roll holder too far behind the toilet.

I feel there is too much wasted space with all the unnecessary cupboards, which space could have been used to make the bedroom and bathroom bigger, so not very well designed.

Great view to north. Excellent internal storage space and spacious layout. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good parking.

Location was handy for purpose of trip. Room was just what we needed, bed was very comfortable & had a great nights sleep.
Car park was full at time, needed to park out front (although I was initially concerned, there were no issues with this).

We stayed here to be close to Austin Health. The location was perfect, the rooms were very spacious and clean, the kitchen had everything you’d need & more, the beds were sooo comfy, and the view from the balcony was really lovely!
I don’t think I can fault this property. Everything was great!

LOCATION WAS GOOD.
ROOM WAS EXTREMLEY NOISY. CONSTANT HUMMING FROM AIR CON OR SIMILAR ALL NIGHT.
WE STAYED 2 NIGHTS AND THERE WAS ONLY 2 COFFEE SACHETS AND 2 TEABAGS SUPPLIED.
BATHROOM SUPPLIES WERE LIMITED. 2 PEOPLE STAYING 2 NIGHTS AND THE SAMLLEST AMOUNT OF SUPPLIES AVAILABLE - WE HAD TO PURCHASE OUR OWN

It is close to where we needed to be in Heidleberg.
I understand that the rooms are only serviced Monday Wednesday and Friday but only 2 coffee pods and 2 teabags from Friday to Monday morning is a bit poor. A sign read extra coffee pods can be purchase is a bit OTT as well when you are paying such a high price for the unit. Surely they could afford at least 2 T bags a day.

Location is a bit away from the city, but a short walk to the nearest train station (10 mins) with direct links into the CBD

Was dirty, food crumbs on every surface and someone else's dirty towel on the back of one of the bathroom doors.

Size of the unit - compact yet everything I needed for a short stay
The cupboard over the sink. I'm not tall by today's standards (185cm) but the cupboard over the sink made it hard to access and operate the tap without hitting my head.
There was no chair for the desk, so I needed to bring one in from the table in the kitchen/lounge.
There were only two powerpoints by the desk, and these were taken for the phone and the desk lamp. There was therefore nowhere near the desk to plug in my laptop.

There was no parking, we didn't realise that we needed to book our parking and when we got there we were told there was no secure parking. We had to park in the street and lug our luggage up to the apartment building and everytime we went our it was nearly impossible to get another park.
I would never stay there again because of the lack of parking.

Bright rooms all facilities needed
Couch was low, hard and had seen better days. Noise from Bell St was worse than anticipated should request room away from Bell St

Good location for the purpose I had. Room was quiet.
The water pressure in shower was extremely poor.
The Foxtel didn’t work in the room.
The sink in the bathroom didn’t drain properly.

Easy check in, receptionist really helpful and friendly, she also managed to organise an early check in which was welcomed considering we’d travelled direct from the UK.
We all agreed the beds were super comfy and it was great having all shower gels etc provided and if you need anymore reception are happy to replenish what you need.
Getting a parking fine … our fault tho but still it cheeses you off!
Kitchen - cups etc were mucky and the oven needs a clean, however the main areas such as bathrooms and bedrooms were fine.

Very friendly staff. Free fresh coffee from reception when wanted. Coffee machine in room & coffee pods topped up daily. The room had everything in it if you needed to stay longer. Biggest bonus was that they allowed dogs. Can definately recommend this accommodation.

Highly recommend, staff extremely professional, friendly, and compassionate. From the time I walked in they were welcoming and couldn't do enough to make my stay a pleasant and relaxing one.
