Receptionist were kind and friendly, they immediately addressed our concerns. And excellent job by Lella at the restaurant in the lobby. Geart hospitality from security to all the personal. And it is a safe place to be.

Pool and othe amenities may be available for access for more time There was a problem with the geyser in one of the rooms. I request the management to take care of these issues

Had issues with key access over 5 times but sorted out -rooms spacious and very clean-my Indonesian friends loved it-breakfast great choice and nicely cooked food -dinner in top floor restaurant first night very good -to find shops turn right out of front door alfomart or similar

Overall very happy -my friends went to Dafol -sort of Mini Disneyland very nearby was not feeling well so did not go -pool looks great but did not use.

the room or apartment is spacious, there is a kitchen that can be used. There are also markets and a bank in the complex. The indonesian meal was good. The personal in the front door was very helpful and friendly.

There are a lot of ants in the room. The sport facilities are not well maintained. The personal/management was not so friendly, when I was asking for something. The room was loud since we got an apartment facing the highway.

First night, they gave us room no.1809. It was unpleasant experience, too many Cockroaches running around in the bathroom, bedroom, kitchen. This is my 3-4 times with Gran Dafam Ancol. Usually roaches and ants were only in the kitchen. However in this room, they were everywhere. I could not sleep. Early morning, I complained. The staff told me that they will give us a better room. they gave us new room,no.1803. Surprisingly, in that room, no roaches at all, no ants. So next times, i think u need to mentioned in your booking for special request; “No roaches please”. The staff was really nice, humble, polite and attentive.

We stayed in the hotel for Quarantine - Staff is supernice . Spacious rooms and comfortable bed

They privide inly one pillow...I had to pay 3xtra for extra pillow....
