Breakfast is ok not so Good. Location is too far from Centre.

Clean hotel in a great location. Bonus: cat visitors in the morning!

Buffet was extreme budget. They didn’t replenish their yogurt fruit pots for 8 days! Also the orange squash was often watered down too much. Staff were kind to honour my request to order takeout food for me, but suspiciously expensive when I had to pay for it. The woman at the counter helped herself to a tip from my cash without permission. Soon figured out how to buy the essentials from the local grocers (check out BIM!) and was able to budget better.

Before arrival, I asked that organize for us check-in as early as possible, since our trip was early in the morning, but unfortunately nothing has been prepared and we had to wait more than 3 hours with our small child in the lobby.

Breakfast was fantastic!! Beyond expectations…

My friends room was not booked as per our booking. We have to argue to change the room. We booked 3 rooms for 3 couple. But one of the room was not booked as requested. There was a column in between the 2 single bed. Staff was not willing at the beginning to change the room.

Staff were friendly and rooms nice and clean and reception staff were helpful

I was overcharged for our stay and despite emailing the hotel twice and the hotel being contacted on my behalf to obtain a refund by both by IHG and booking.com I have not been contacted by the hotel or had my overcharged bill refunded. This would put me off staying at this hotel again and I would advise other travellers to be wary of booking this hotel. Mistakes can be made but when there is no willingness by the hotel to resolve the issues this is a real cause for concern.

Garage and Wifi and location for my needs.

The room was very small and the air condition didnt work properly. The breaksfast was very poor and absolutly distasteful. The scrambled egss were basicly liquid... Reception girl spoke 0 english and coudlnt give me a proper invoice. Overall - really bad.

I stayed for one night and requested a refund for the 3 nights sent you an email never got a response
