House was very nice. Mater bathroom shower was wonderful. Was disappointed that we couldn’t get in at check in time of 4 pm. The cleaning crew was still working. So didn’t get in until 5:30. And the outside trash was overflowing. Luckily we didn’t have much trash. But did enjoy ourselves.

After making my final payment I never received any communication via email or text prior to check in day. I sent some unanswered messages via the website. I called the host on the day of check in and had to leave a message. I received a call back 30 mins later and was told an email or text would be sent. I also requested early check in and was also told an answer would be text or emailed. 1 hour before my normally scheduled check in, I still had no reply. I had to call and leave another voice message to get a call back and finally received my entry code. They had failed to send me a contract to sign.

Property was as described, we were a small group that traveled for business. The house was very spacious and accommodating for everyone needs. The elevator was a huge plus taking luggage to 3rd floor. Definitely has more of a formal atmosphere. Was’t as clean as I expected so we had to do a little cleaning. Met up with my husbands nephew and his family. The house was perfect for two families. The only issue we had was under the beds could have been cleaned better. Having a toddler, they find everything. Other than that, it was perfect.

Management company was responsive in addressing a couple of issues. Having an elevator was convenient. Great stay except kitchen was inadequate. Minimum amount of dishes and glassware. Cuttery and cookware need to be replaced.

The area is perfect but that house has tons of dust all over the house, a lot of fake plants that keep dust, old furniture, nothing in the kitchen works, not even the faucet, definitely there ara more houses in that neighborhood that you can rent but not this one.

I can’t say I bough off good things about property. It is absolutely phenomenal, very accommodating, and well decorated. My siblings loved every asp Ft of it. The location is literally an 8 minute walk from the beach. Also, I love the house and want to stay again, but there need to be some things addressed; no one has addressed the maintenance request for the kitchen sink slow running water, the rugs throughout the house really need to be cleaned you can tell an animal has been here, food is splashed on the kitchen blinds, shower curtains throughout are awful (mildew) and should be replaced not cleaned, and consider adding a knife sharpener or replaced the cutting knives.

Location is great. House is spacious. Some of the rugs and furniture are a bit dated but overall, its a wonderful place. Kitchen is spacious and has everything you need except a can opener. The one there wasn't very useful. The climate system works great. The elevator is a nice touch. Especially for transporting luggage and groceries. Overall, I would recommend staying here

The house was clean and very cozy. I love that it had an elevator because I had a stroke and can’t walk up stairs and we brought along a 92 years old grandmother who was able to use the elevator and didn’t have to stay on one floor. Only had one issue trying to cut on the TV’s but we figured it out.

My family and I rented the Landyns for Thanksgiving 2022. The house was immaculate and had plenty of room for the 8 of us. However, we did have a minor problem that needed attention (the oven). The staff sent someone to the house to take a look in less than 2 hours. Since it was a holiday weekend, we made do with one oven vs two, and it all worked out well. The location is excellent, with stores nearby, and the Boardwalk was close enough for a short drive. We had a great time!

This place looks amazing on line, but is worn and tired. Carpets and furniture are not clean. Elevator does not work properly and the instructions were not left out for review. Outer doors do not latch properly, which makes the elevator stop working. I got stuck in the elevator! The water pressure in the kitchen is minimal.

This was a beautiful property located in the perfect area close to the beach, actually walking distance. I don't think you can go wrong renting this property. The only reason I didn't name this "10" is because the water pressure in the kitchen sink was not strong, the ice machine on the refrigerator didn't make alot of ice, the bottom oven on the stove would not work on Christmas day when we were trying to prepare our dinner. But my wife does what she does and made everything with the top oven. Even with these 3 things, I would not hesitate renting this property again in the future. The rental company was very quick with responding to my messages or emails. Luxury Beach Rentals is their name, Thanks again for your excellent service.

This is the second time we have rented a property at Myrtle Beach through Luxury Beach Rentals, LLC and you guys certainly do not disappoint or oversell any of your properties. This house is absolutely extraordinary. Beautiful, comfortable, spacious, well situated in a quiet yet centrally located area just two blocks from the beach. It was so quick and easy to get to so many attractions, shops and restaurants from this house. We felt so safe staying here! Our only complaint is that in the queen room the tv is located to one side of the bed which made it hard for my parents to watch at night once they retired for the evening. My son also complained that the sofa bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on. After a couple of nights he ended up sleeping on the sofa and not the sofa bed for the rest of our stay. All in all our stay was very enjoyable and we will not hesitate to recommend this house to everyone we know.

This spacious comfortable condo was definitely accommodating. Dining for 8. Screened in front porch w/ ceiling fans. Main floor balcony, wifi, central air, 4 full baths 1 half bath. Master bedroom has walk in closet. You won't regret renting here for your next vacation. Has washer and dryer. Has elevator so when you bring groceries in you don't have to carry them up the steps Or your luggage or your worn out self. Way better than any hotel room or resort. We will be back.

Great week at Landyns Beach House
Beautiful property close to the beach. We had a very comfortable stay. The elevator really came in handy! The place is beautifully furnished and their was plenty of room for everyone. Out only complaint is that the kitchen was not well stocked for cooking. Owner may want to buy a blender for the kitchen - there was a blender base but no carafe. No basic supplies such as plastic wrap, aluminum foil, food storage containers, basic herbs, etc. Other than limitations of the kitchen, though, everything was great. Maintenance staff was very responsive! When we arrived a couple smoke alarms were beeping due to low batteries. They were placed on high ceilings we couldn't reach. A maintenance person came immediately and replaced batteries. Later we discovered a burner wasn't working on the stove and again it was fixed immediately. Kudos!
