Overall was a good experience.
There were a lot of tiny ants around the unit- especially around the nightstand by the bed, and there were visible finger prints on wall behind the toilet.
Otherwise, only downside was no coffee available for the coffee maker.

The condominium was in a great location with short walking distances to grocery, restaurants, and beach. The pool at condominium was clean and refreshing.

The space i had rented was clean and cozy. But the bathroom is small which may be a disadvantage for some. The complex manager was very helpful and hospitable. I would recommend this property.

We stayed for a week and wanted to experience PR as a local. The location was awesome, the apartment facilities were excellent. It was just an overall brilliant vacation. 10 out of 10

The condo had everything we needed. Was close to everything and about 10 mins from the beach. However, there were tiny ants all over the kitchen counter and that was pretty annoying. The shower also never got hot. The tap water tasted horrible while brushing teeth, so use bottled. The water also smelled horrible while flushing. We got woken up at 9am every day during the week from construction in the building and them also fixing an elevator

The place is pleasant and well-maintained. The room has transparent doors, allowing ample natural light during the day and making it difficult to sleep at night. The beach is not conveniently located, as it is not just a 2-minute walk away. there is no direct access to the beach.

I wish I would have listened more closely to the other reviews that talked about the ant (bugs) problem. They were everywhere at times to the point where I did not feel comfortable cooking in the apartment at all. I did reach out to the owner and she offered a 50% refund on the remaining 4 nights of my stay, but that wasn’t going to work for me because where else was I going to go when my plane didn’t leave for 4 more days. And why not offer 100% refund for the remaining days. The ant problem should have been disclosed with my booking initially. The contact with the owner was pretty good but the middle person that you actually deal with is the cleaning lady named Elizabeth and her communication was subpar. She responded to things a day late and sometimes not at all. On the first day I asked how to change the thermostat on the air conditioner because it was freezing cold in there and was not told until the next day that there was a remote control and that was the only way to control the temperature in the room. I had no idea of that ahead of time. I asked how to make the water hotter in the shower (another thing I should have gave more attention to in other peoples reviews of the property) and was told to just turn the first knob on full force (which only controls the water pressure) when actuality the temperature of the water is controlled by the very bottom knob in the shower. (There are 4-5 knobs total). The tv and stove are tricky to work. Customer service non existent!

Overall, our stay was nice. The property is quaint and is in a great location. It was clean and the furnishings were nice. This unit has all the necessities, coffee maker, toaster, some cooking utensils and the TV was huge. The bed was extremely comfortable as were the pillows. We only used the pool once and it was very clean. The kitchen faucet sprays erratically into the small sink and the bathroom sink didn't really have any hot water. There is no overnight staffing or any enforced "quiet hours" which was only a problem one night. This property does not have direct access to the beach, however its a short walk to several different public beach accesses. The grocery store is a short walk as is the pharmacy and several really good restaurants. All in all we had a wonderful stay and would go back to St Tropez.

This unit was everything that it advertised. While it is tight in a few areas such as the bathroom, it was very clean. The air conditioning was able to keep up with the heat and humidity from outside - it actually got chilly and had to be turned down. We did not prepare any meals during our stay, but there was an adequate supply of pans and utensils to do so. The king sized bed was quite comfortable and had plenty of pillows. The one recliner chair was as comfortable as it was beautiful. But the futon/couch, not so much! We had a small issue with getting the TV to Live TV and someone came over to get us squared away. If someone was more tech savvy, they would have probably gotten it themselves. The neighborhood was very safe and we walked easily to restaurants, CVS and the grocery store (there is even a wheeled cart to bring your groceries back to the condo). The pool is nice and we spent a couple of afternoons floating around in it. We did not have a car, so I cannot comment about the parking situation. The condo itself is also very secure.

The condo was delightful. Very clean and updated on the inside. The bed was extremely comfortable. We had ample white noise with fans and a well working air conditioning unit. Towels and beach accessories were provided. It was so close to the airport that our rental car place was .1 mile away! The pool was nice in the morning. To get to the beach you had to walk a little distance, which is typical for this area. I definitely recommend going into old San Juan or Condado for dinner restaurants. They had some great breakfast options nearby but the restaurants in walking distance were a little too touristy for me. The hosts were very , easy to talk to and work with and we will definitely be back on our next visit. One doesn’t have to rent a car to be here but it’s recommended to see more parts of Puerto Rico specially, if you want to go on the ferry to Vieques or north to see the beautiful local land.

10 Days, did just about everything there to do. Had a little issue with a/c unit. Fixed Asap. Was looking at hotel next door and across the street. They wanted 5 times the price per night. Probably because they offered breakfast and a short cut to beach. lol.

We were pleased for the most part with the studio apartment. There were a few things that we wished we had received more information about. There were no instructions about how to use the TV or stove, or what supplies were available, and which we were supposed to provide or not. At times we ended up buying things that we needed, only to find out later they were tucked away in a cabinet. The kitchen was very minimally supplied in terms of utensils, cooking appliances etc., but we made do as best we could. For instance there is a toaster, no toaster oven, or any other oven. There is only a small stovetop with two burners, which took some figuring out how to use.
Also, unbeknownst to us the water was shut off on one of the days we were there. There was a message in the lobby on a digital slide show that moved so quickly I was not able to read it in time to understand what it said. We later found out that once a month the water is shut off in the entire building from the morning until 3 in the afternoon. It would have been good to have a heads up about this from the owner or representative.
On our last week at the property (we were there for 4 weeks), the beeper for the gate stopped working. I tried to contact the representative, but she did not reply. Tried again, and never heard from her again. We only had contact with her at the beginning of our stay. She reached out and was able to bring us some extra towels, and an ice cube tray, but that was all.

This apartment was very nice with a great side view of the ocean. It was very clean and had everything I needed for this trip. I would definitely recommend this condo for anybody who comes to Puerto Rico.

We had a great time! Stayed here for a week, it was perfect location! View of the ocean, and a view of the night life. In the heart of Isla Verde, walking distance to everything. The AC worked great! The bed was very comfy, and although the water in the shower was confusing and took awhile to get hot, it worked out great! I can't complain really about anything!
I will be back next year!!

We had a great stay here! The condo was super clean, and had all the amenities necessary. The host was super responsive to any needs we had. Location was great also, super close to the airport (But not too noisy), close to supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and walking distance to the beach.

We stayed there for 14 nights. The condo unit was clean and comfy with an amazing view of the Main street and ocean. A major supermarket is only about 5 minutes away by walk. Several restaurants, CVS and Walgreens are also in the area. The airport is only 7-9 minutes away by car - super convenient!
More importantly, what made our stay such a pleasant experience was the excellent assistance provided by the manager - Elizabeth!!! Also, we had a very nice phone conversation with the owner (Maria) during our stay. Highly recommend this condo unit if you visit P.R. One last thing - the swimming pool was Awesome!

The condo is perfect for 2. It is located around lots of bars and restaurants and a supermarket. Loved the location! The beach is really nice and only a short walk. I am would definitely stay there again.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. The area was very walkable with many restaurants and stores. It was great to have a small kitchen in the apartment so we could make some of our own food. Direct beach access was blocked by most of the hotels, so we had to walk around the block which was longer than it looked on the map, but the beach itself was very nice. It was too windy while we were there to use the umbrella and the beach chairs were the kind that were flat on the sand so they were only comfortable for a short amount of time, but the ocean was beautiful and perfect for swimming. There was a lovely pool at the apartment and the complex felt very safe.

We really liked the apartment . We loved the view and the fact that we had access to everything from CVC, beach, restaurants and the Hotel San Juan next door for night Entertainment. Elizabeth was amazing and very attentive to our needs. I spoke to the owner Maria once and she was very Pleasant! I will definitely come back to stay here❤️

The apt. Is in the heart of Isla Verde, you can walk to restaurants, bars, hotels, Casino's. Great location! The apt is amazing, very clean. Very comfortable. We had a blast. It was simply PERFECT. We loved it, and we will for sure look to see if is available for our next stay in Puerto Rico.

My husband and I stayed here for three nights. This condo is centrally located. It was very close to the airport and a short walk to the beach. There are lots of restaurants in walking distance. The condo was very clean and cozy. I would defiantly stay again.

This condo is a 10 minute walk from the beach. It’s a real hassle to carry a chair that far. It looks like it’s really close on the map, but that road is part of the ESJ Towers property and security won’t let you on.
Check-in was very stressful. I didn’t have instructions on how to get in until my plane landed in Puerto Rico. A simple message from the host before that would have made it easier to let me know what to expect.
It was wonderful to see the ocean from the bee though and the apartment was clean and as it looked in the pictures.
Lastly, be careful if anything goes wrong as the charges are extremely high. It was $220 when I lost a simple $3 key on a beach that was an hour away because they choose to have multiple locks with the same key and then insist on changing all the locks out at your cost. It’s a bad system and it was tough to communicate with the property manager even though it was during the day.

Excellent communication, easy to find. Doors were funky but we got used to them. Photos are exact and condo met all expectations. Before you buy coffee filters look in the drawer! Food and drinks next door at Lupis should not be missed, Pueblo market is a short walk, so is the Beach access. Owner communication upon arrival has been amazing.
