The host, Iain, was extremely helpful and prompt with communication. The property was easy to find and the keys were easy to retrieve from the lockbox. The apartment was well furnished and very comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped. Free parking was available in the resident's parking lot and the basement. We would definitely recommend this apartment for a city break. It was conveniently located in the city with lots to see.

If I were scoring on the host & his communication alone, it would be a 10! The flat is spacious and you can easily walk (15-20mins) into central Edinburgh or a cheap Uber. Curtains in sitting room were nice.

The cleanliness really let this place down. The housekeeper should be sacked. Big pile of other peoples hair in the main bathroom. Dirty towels unwashed in the washing machine that I needed to use. Couldn't get the small ensuite shower working at all. Broken edge of the bath jutting out in main bathroom. Dust on every surface and light in the sitting room. Internal kitchen with no windows is super dark. Weird mix of thrown together furniture and artwork that doesn't blend or flow.

The apatment is located near the City Centre and can be easily reached by feet or uber from the Waverley railway station. It's an spacious apartment with outside space and great kitchen with a large dining table. The beds were comfortable and two shower/bathrooms were appreciated by our travel group.

It is a spacious apartment with outside space. The kitchen had everything that we needed, there was plenty of seating for the four of us and a large dining table. The beds were comfortable and two shower/bathrooms were appreciated. The location was between the centre of town and Ocean Terminal - we visited both by taxi and walked back. There was plenty of information beforehand from the host. There are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants nearby.

Nothing, we could not find any downsides! We would visit again.
