We loved our stay at this prime rental in the heart of Yaletown. Perfect central location for visiting Vancouver. Secure building in great neighborhood with amazing restaurants, cafes, coffee within a few minutes walking distance. Easy access to public transportation, too. The outdoor space is beautiful - we loved sitting outside and enjoying a glass of wine outdoors in the evenings.

We had a really nice week in this appartment. We were guided and had a very smooth check in. The location in Yale Town is just perfect - nice area but not "over-crowded". Highlights are the inside pool with Gym and definetely the roof terasse.

Three of us stayed here for a long weekend and the suite was perfect for us. It is very well appointed and the rooftop patio is amazing! Lots of great restaurants, pubs and shops are within walking distance. Maha is an excellent host - very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We would absolutely stay here again!

The condo in Yaletown is definitely a gem! Centrally located, the condo was spacious and has an awesome rooftop patio. Great communication from the owner making it an overall fantastic experience.

I was in Vancouver for a conference. Two of my goals for my stay were to a) experience the people and b) experience the culture. My walk to and from the conference afforded me the chance to meet a variety of charming people and sample wonderful food.
The space was conveniently located for everything i needed. A special bond s was the garden roof area and the fitness space - excellent!
I would highly recommend this property!

This apartment was perfect. Great location within easy walking distance to groceries, coffee shops, Tim Hortons, multiple restaurants, and lots of other things to do. Public transportation is handy too. There is parking, but we did not need to rent a car for this trip.
The rooftop deck is phenomenal! The kitchen is well-stocked. The beds and pillows are so very comfortable! Wifi was fast. The saltwater lap pool is very nice and the gym is well-equipped.
The only issue was that the key fob did not always work all the doors and elevators, but we had a regular key that worked the stairway doors. Other people in the building had the same problem so it seems it was a unique issue that the building management needed to fix. Our host was extremely responsive when we contacted her.
We would love to stay here again!!

The apartment is clean and well appointed. We love the neighborhood. It is convenient to restaurants market etc. temperatures were in the 80s so the air conditioning was a lifesaver. The rooftop patio is a great place to hang out in the evenings. Maha communicates effectively and was very helpful.

Very clean and cozy apartment on Richards street. It is close to many restaurants and easy to access the false creek ferry to get to Granville island. We were able to cook in the kitchen which was well supplied with equipment and dishes. The owner was very responsive to our questions and provided a great guide for the area. I would highly recommend this unit for a couple looking for a great apartment in a great location.

Maha was great and always got back to us right away. The roof top patio was amazing. Location was excellent and easily walkable to restaurants, patios, grocer and water front. Only suggestion that I would make is new pillows for the bed. They were a bit flat. Otherwise we felt safe and enjoyed it and would stay again. Maha was very accommodating.

A very comfortable place to stay and Maha was very helpful before we arrived and during our stay. Yaletown has a great feel to it, there are many restaurants and it’s easy to walk to Canada Place and Granville Island. Public transport is nearby. Highly recommend.

This unit was exactly as described. It's location is excellent and an easy walk to many things and for the price it was very good value for money. It was well stocked and though the time of year was not conducive for patio sitting that area looked wonderful. I would say the unit is crowded with respect to space but fine for two people.
Lastly the property owner was a pleasure to deal with throughout the rental process

Really pretty much in the center of everything, awesome location, The unit was terrific. Very well stocked, the description doesn't do it justice. I wish I'd have been here in the warmer months, the deck area was really a highlight I'm sorry I missed out on but the remainder of the unit more than made up for it. Excellent, timely communication from owner. Only problem was half on me since I ubered from the airport, having to go to a secondary location for the key and having the Uber driver wait was a little "complicated" but really that was overall a minor inconvenience against the backdrop of a really awesome unit which made my trip overall every easy.

This was a great place for a couple. We biked, hiked, kayaked, and ate fabulous food. Easy access to walking, biking, restaurants. This rental is an easy, comfortable condo— very thoughtful amenities. It’s in a high rise with attention to security.

Great apartment for us!
The apartment worked very well for our family of three. Though we had no car it was easy using the Skytrain to get from Vancouver International Airport and to walk throughout the central Vancouver area. Groceries and restaurants are within a few blocks. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen and despite rainy days were able to enjoy the deck under the covered gazebo and the indoor pool/jacuzzi. Maha was extremely responsive and helpful - even arranging a second key pick up for our daughter who arrived after us about 5:00 a.m. We will definitely keep Maha’s apartment as a top choice for future Vancouver visits!

Outstanding
I rent properties such as this often, and this one is a keeper. Exactly as described, spotless on arrival, easy communication with our host and one tiny issue that arose dealt with instantly. Location is great, easy walk to sea wall, False Creek and ferry to Granville Island, plus great shops and restaurants nearby. We had a car and appreciated the free parking, but you do not need a car as tons of places are a short walk away. As others have said the roof terrace is terrific, even has an undercover part with “fireplace” for those wet Vancouver days.

Just what we needed!
What a great location! That fabulous upstairs deck really made this apartment special.... WE could walk everywhere and there's a terrific Italian restaurant right around the corner! Just perfect. We'll be back when we can!

Good spot for a winter stay
My wife and I stayed at this location for about a week after Christmas. It is a good location relative to restaurants, the sea walk at False Creek and down town.
Overall the check in, stay and check out went smoothly and we were satisfied with the suite but it did feel small with just us. The bathroom was very average and the fan was loud (shook the ceiling). It was a winter cold snap and the gas fireplace seemed to do nothing to keep the place at 21 C so we had to keep the space heater rather close by.
The kitchen is well appointed and the outdoor deck up stairs looked like it would be fun in the summer without the foot of snow on it.
While it was good, I think I'd take my chances on finding another place in the future for a late December stay.

Comfortable and convenient stay!
Had a great stay for a week at Maha’s place. Everything you need, from cooking to laundry, was provided (even made us of an extra flat screen monitor). The location is convenient being in the heart of Yaletown. Building amenities are decent with a pool and gym space. Check-in was super easy and simple. Would highly recommend!

Great condo in a great location
We were three adults staying four nights in November. The condo is in a great location with lots of restaurants and shops in easy walking distance, and very walkable to other main areas of downtown, or a quick Uber from anywhere you need to go.
The condo was very clean and well equipped, with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable.
Early November is not a great time to enjoy the rooftop patio, but it looked awesome and would be a great feature during better weather.
We would definitely recommend this as a place to stay.

Vancouver Stay
The apartment is situated in a lovely area, felt very safe. Close to the downtown area as well as walking distance to the water and sea buses, bike rentals , grocery stores, coffee shops and restaurants. The apartment was well equipped for home cooking. Huge patio a bonus for good a weather season. We would be happy to stay there again .

This is our third trip to Vancouver and we strongly recommend this property. Way better than staying in a hotel. Perfect location, plenty of room with all the conveniences. And to top it off, access to our private terrace in the middle of the towers - felt like the building in the movie Batteries not included :)

Central location with a beautiful patio
The whole stay was lovely. The condo is minutes away from amazing restaurants, bus service, and attractions. Even during the record breaking heat wave, we were able to sleep at night because of the fans and spent time cooling off on the beautiful patio. Maha was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We loved our stay!

Patio was a dream
The location was great, patio was a dream, bed was comfy, and communication with the property manager a breeze. It was a hot weekend so we bring earplugs so we could leaver the windows open, but that's expected anywhere in the city.
