It was a great location close to downtown, beautiful place, clean, well stocked easy check-in.

Everything was as described roomy and clean. Great spot for our family as we did walk to most downtown spots and a short uber ride at end of night.

The property was as described n the listen, and the host was quick to respond with additional questions I had regarding amenities and check in status. Convenient to Broadway but also far enough away to escape the party scene. The rooftop was wonderful for relaxing.

This was an amazing place to stay. It was huge! The rooftop patio was our highlight, what a view!! Nice and close to all the sites we wanted to see and close enough to all the bars but also far enough for peace and quiet at night. Laura gave us top notch customer service. I highly recommend this property.

The place was perfect for the 6 of us to hang out. Spacious, private rooms, private bathrooms, comfy beds and clean. We had excellent weather in Nov to enjoy the rooftop deck. Host was excellent to deal with! I would definitely recommend.

Our family needed a place to stay together for a destination wedding in Nashville. This property was wonderful.

This home was beautiful, spacious and functional. Our age ranged between 52-66 both women and men. The walk to Broadway was completely manageable, but would not recommend the walk at night after dark without a group as the several, likely homeless, very high, people were always congregating nearby and you would need to walk through them. The night the trash cans were put out 2 men were rummaging the cans at 4am and laying outside 1st floor bedroom window and noisy which was unsettling for the woman staying alone in that bedroom.

We really enjoyed our stay! It was a nice location, close enough to broadway but also far enough away for it to feel like a quiet escape. The house and rooms were really nice and felt very spacious for the 7 of us. We’d definitely recommend it and would stay here again!

Great location without breaking the bank. Only issue was no response from Laura when asking about some of the amenities but no deal breaker for future consideration of places to stay when in town.

The house was great for our group of 6. It was well stocked with towels, bedding, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We could walk to Broadway, but often took an Uber. Would stay here again.

This property was great for our short family trip to Nashville! The bedrooms and bathrooms were just what we needed. We had a few minor issues but the property manager and maintenance were very responsive and helpful. The location was a bit odd as mentioned in other reviews, but it was just a quick Uber from Broadway. I would recommend this property.

Very convenient to Broadway and surrounding areas are easily found. Roof top lounge is perfect for end of day unwind. Kitchen and living areas are comfortable for those gatherings for meals. Good time had by all.

Great views from the rooftop, easy check in process, host let us in early and leave late and very accommodating. If I had to recommend a place to stay for Nashville, this would be it, hope to be back in the future! Side note: area is not as “bad” as it is led to believe in some reviews, we had no issues walking everywhere. Thank you!

The property was exactly as described and had plenty of space for our party of 8 adults. The rooftop amenity was lovely, the common areas were large, and we loved the rain showers in some of the bathrooms. The location was an easy Uber ride to most attractions in Nashville, but the area is up and coming. The host graciously allowed us to check in early and check out late to accommodate our varying flight schedules. Only issue was with the alarm system, which continued to go off at random times and was very loud, but we eventually figured that out. Overall a perfect place to gather with friends!

House was nice

We were in Nashville to celebrate family and a 60th Birthday… the house was clean, cozy and comfortable. There were 8 of us and we all loved having drinks around the kitchen island and up on the rooftop after a day/night out. A short Uber ride to Broadway (about a mile) There was a liquor store conveniently located right around the corner. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. Highly recommend!

When we arrived at the house we were blown away with how absolutely gorgeous it was! Each and every bedroom was spectacular in cleanliness and roominess! The kitchen/dining area/living room floor were absolutely amazing with amazing views. Rooftop (chefs kiss) the views for the city were unreal and with the fireplace going it was not too bad to sit up there and enjoy. It was a little rainy when we were there so we really didn’t walk anyplace we used Lyft which is a lot easier to get a car for 6+ people. 10/10 would recommend again and we will be booking with Laura again! Thank you so much for a beautiful place to lay out weary heads after a day of exploring the city!

The place was spacious with easy access. We loved having breakfast on the rooftop.

The property was beautiful, comfortable and convenient to all Nashville has to offer. My only suggestions are more storage in the downstairs bedroom and bathroom. There is no where to put your stuff. Other than that, we loved it!

This rental was perfect for us! We our 4 adult children and 2 couples. The house has 4 levels with lots of stairs but a great lay out for privacy and spaces to hang out together. The 1st level has 2 bedrooms with queen size bunk beds and a full bathroom. The 2nd level has large kitchen, living and dining rooms and a powder room. The 3rd level has 2 master bedrooms with ensuites, laundry and a powder room. The 4th level is a rooftop patio with seating, gas fire pit and BBQ. We were there at the end of March and enjoyed morning coffee and evening cocktails on the patio. We cooked breakfast each morning and found the kitchen well stocked with everything we needed. The showers are awesome, with great pressure and lots of hot water for a large group. The house does have some signs of wear and tear from chairs and bags being dragged across the hardwood but overall very nice! The location is easy to get to and close to lots of amenities. It is a block away from Jack Cawthon's BBQ which has terrific food and a great price! Only a few blocks from Marathon Motors area, a Publix grocery store, Walgreens and numerous other restaurants. It is a little sketchy walking towards Broadway as you go by a couple of Gentlemen clubs but is a quick/cheap UBER ride to Broadway. It has off street parking and lots of free street parking which is a big bonus in Nashville! We would book again and highly recommend.

The location is great as far as proximity to Broadway - can walk during the day BUT I would not walk at night. It’s in a bit shady area, close to highway, area with tons of construction, and just overall not well kept. The house is fine. Fireplace and grill shown in pictures are not functional, there barely enough towels and blankets (even though it was 8 of us and the house is advertised for 12). If you plan on sleeping after sunrise, it’s not the place for you. There are no curtains, just shades that do no block the sunlight at all. The bathroom downstairs gives very little privacy, there is an apartment building just across the street - have to duck to shower to stay out of area where you can potentially make eye contact with someone. You can’t open any of the windows, which I found very odd. Overall, fine for a 40th birthday weekend with adult friends.

We all enjoyed staying here and plan on coming back to this same location again. Perfect distance from Main Street ( walk or Uber). Clean and comfortable with plenty of room for our 6 person group ( accommodates up to 12).

Stayed here for a bachelorette trip.Basically just needed the place to sleep and get ready. It slept our large group of twelve with enough beds and even a pull out couch which was great.First night there’s couple of us start to get ready upstairs and there’s little to no water coming from sinks and water won’t come out of shower at all. One girl eventually is able to get low pressure in downstairs shower but once she was in that water went off completely too. Attempted to get a hold of the owner with no luck that night, no contact Info other then vrbo message on all of the welcome emails. Finally the next morning I get a message to try and unplug the water heater and plug back in to see if it works. It didn’t. Then the garbage disposal wouldn’t work. The owner sent a plumber to check out both. Our group had to leave and he ended up leaving one of the girls suitcases open where he was working in the closet with water heater (I’m sure he didn’t want to touch the stuff) well her stuff in both got wet and she had to dry it all. After that showers were better but then the kitchen sink started leaking and gross water was on floor and under sink. We tried to limit our dishes and using it before we left but then before checkout we attempted to start the dishwasher as part of the checkout list and that too started leaking water all over the floor so we had to turn off. There was also a leak from one of the vents in the living room ceiling. Also stairs are slippery with rain!

Our host was more than accommodating. We were able to do a late checkout since we had a later flight out. We had 4 couples and we all had a great time!
