An absolutely beautiful home inside and out in a convenient location. Wonderful antique furniture and decorum. Enjoyed the front porch rockers and chairs on deck. Host and owner readily helpful if and when needed Only place I have rented that offered quality disposables Downtown within a nice walk distance. I highly recommend this rental unit especially if you are somewhat nostalgic.

The house was very clean and had plenty of room for all of us! We were in town for a wedding and it was a decent location for all the wedding activities!

We enjoyed the house very much. It had lots of gathering space. Especially loved the porch. Some of the beds could use updated mattresses that are not so noisy but the rest of our stay there was lovely. Thank you so much

Such a nice home and location. Easy walk to downtown, shopping, dining, 1.1 miles to the Reedy River. We celebrated the birthday of our 92 year old father/grandfather and it was made so special by the accomodations of the house. Games around the dining table and chatting, in the sitting room and morning coffee in the shade on the porch. Thanks for all Mark and Rhode!

Four of us stayed and we each had our own bedrooms - 2 upstairs and 2 downstairs. We loved the Kitchen/Dining area - spacious and well-equipped. It is not within walking distance to downtown Greenville, but it is a short and easy drive to get there. Communication with the host was excellent. If we should return to the fascinating small city of Greenville, we would stay at Lavinia House again.

We are a group of five ladies who reserved this property to attend a two night event at the Bon Secors Wellness Center. The location of Lavinia house is Central to everything you want to do in Greenville, the restaurants, the Wellness center, Main Street and the Riverwalk... Everything is walkable! The house itself is well appointed and immaculate with plenty of room for everyone. Communication with the owners was excellent. We highly recommend Lavinia house and would absolutely return anytime we come into town!

Traveled to Greenville to celebrate my Dad’s 90th birthday. Location was perfect for getting to venue. The home is lovely. So well decorated and welcoming. Furniture was comfy for watching football, and the beds perfect for those that occasionally suffer from back pain. Kitchen well stocked making it easy to enjoy a family breakfast and snacks. Check out was easy peasy, which I appreciate when trying to get out the door for an 8-hour ride home. Most important, the hosts were delightful, making our time even more enjoyable. Highly recommend.

Group of 8 biked for 3 days in Greenville. Swamp Rabbit trail gave us access through town and out to other roads. Kitchen and dining table were perfect four our group dinners

The home is roomy and in good condition. We walked 10 minutes to town and felt safe. We would definitely stay there again.

4 friends visited Greenville for an opportunity to explore the area and have fun. Lavania House was a wonderful place to stay. We were close to outdoor activities and downtown. We hope to return again and highly recommend this house.

We stayed at Lavinia House during our son’s wedding weekend, and it was perfect for the occasion. The house offers such spacious kitchen/dining and living rooms that we never felt crowded—even with all the many wardrobe changes and “stuff” we carried with us. The location is excellent, walkable to all the downtown hotspots, and yet we still found peace and quiet in the home. Many thanks for offering your beautiful home.

I am from Greenville and rented this house for my daughter and her bridesmaids! It is a beautiful property. The bedrooms were great. The bathrooms were clean and very nice. There was so much room for everyone. The common space was large and enjoyable. It is super convenient to everything downtown. I highly recommend this place.

Large Kitchen & table made meals & gametime easy. Comfy clean beds, updated bathrooms with plenty of towels. Everything we needed to function was there. Close proximity to downtown Greenville shopping & park.

Centrally located to all things downtown Greenville. Seemed every time we put a location into Google maps it told us 10 minutes to... for all the different places we were headed dinner, wedding venue, Greenville Zoo and more House was exactly as pictured in posting. We loved the large kitchen, and coffee every morning on the front porch. We were a party of eight adults and never felt cramped for a moment.

We enjoyed our stay immensely! The house was immaculate with a lot of character. Many extras. We’ll stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds and easy walk to downtown and the Swamp Rabbit Trail.

It was well maintained. The decor was elegant and the location was great. It was close to my daughters wedding reception venue and easy to get to and from the airport by car (very close to I-385). There was alot of floor space and chairs so it was also ideal as a meeting point for the family.

Lavinia House was perfect for visiting with friends and cooking out, being with our family, attending a graduation party and golf tournament and relaxing in between! We can’t wait to return to hit the Swamp Rabbit Trail, favorite restaurants and the Peace Center. The house decor and provisions were great!

The Lavinia House was a very nice place to stay for our group. We were in town to play a couple of rounds of golf prior to the NCAA tournament and the location was excellent. We walked to dinner the first couple of evenings and we had plenty of room while hanging out at the house. Thanks for a great stay.
