We gave arrival time for 1:00pm, on the dot of 1:00pm (we had just arrived at the property) received an email to say we could only gain entry at 5:00pm. We had booked the 1st floor apartment and were given the groud floor. A promise of a terrace with a sea view that never materialised. The kitchen left a lot to be desired - appeared thrown together with odds and ends that one would be throwing out not expecting in a holiday stay. No fire extinguiher or fire blanket (which are mandatory) in the unit. Booking was for 6 people & there were only 4 chairs at the dining room table. The two 'sofas' were super uncomfortable and not appropriate for a 6 person unit. The beds in the second bedroom very uncomfortable. Very disappointed.

I spent one night in casa dos buizinhos while travelling and enjoyed it very much ! My only regret is that I wished I would have had more time to stay ! The appartment is located in a street that directly leads to several beautiful beaches (3 minutes walk) and the animated village center (2 minutes). It is clean and very lovely, and shares a charming little patio with the other two (?) appartments. The icing on the cake was the host Francisco, who was helpful in explaining everything and even invited me to a spontaneous guitare concert of his in the village !
