Breakfast

The service from reception right through to housekeeping was exceptional. The apartment was as indicated in the pictures. The bathroom was spacious. The security available gave great comfort. The location was perfect, near all the necessary facilities - Kyalami Corner and Mall of Africa. The daily housekeeping and breakfast packs provided were a great touch!

Welcomed with a smile and I was helped immediately. Apartment was clean and stocked with ample coffee and tea. Room service cleaned when I was out and it was very quiet at night. Checking out was a case of just dropping the keys on my way out.

The staff was friendly at all times. The unit was very clean.

There was nothing not to like about the property.

There needs to be a little more stuff in the kitchen. 3 of everything is not enough for 4 people. Like coffee mugs and plates And the main bathroom needs a door.

I checked in late on a Sunday and was given a key and a sheet of paper of the basics and wi-fi. The check in with the security guard was pretty easy. The place is clean and the staff is very responsive.

I never learned how to get the breakfast that was included. I figured it would be part of the instructions or there would be a common area. I wasn't that desperate so i never asked reception. The wi-fi didn't work for my unit but it was easy enough for them to send me other wi-fi available that were working. Loadshedding or power outages are not unique to this location but that's a bummer. I didn't realize i had a lantern with USB port in the unit until my friend also staying there told me about it.

It's a well taken care of units, clean and serviced daily.

At this day and age of loadshedding they still don't have powerbanks for WiFi routers and the parking bays are a bit narrow for comfort

Everything, the apartment is clean. The noise is minimal. Gives that home away from home feeling. The apartment had everything, from hair dryer to coffee machine👌🏼👌🏼

I wish there was an elevator for the top floors. Not easy carrying bags 3 floors up

The staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable.

Perhaps a phone or intercom in the apartment so that the gate security could contact us this way instead of on our cellphones.

We loved the air conditioning and the fact that the apartment was serviced daily. The staff were friendly and helpful and went the extra mile to assist us when we needed extra plastic bin bags etc.

It would have been nice to have a battery-operated lamp in the apartment for the times of load-shedding. Perhaps the service team can look at replenishing the Dolce Gusto Nescafe pods as well as the sugar etc.
