Great location, comfortable & clean rooms.
No parking available on site, booked out. No opportunity to book prior is disappointing, considering the distance you have to walk with your bags & it was raining.

Nothing much! The location was ok but it didn’t feel particularly safe. Beds were comfortable. Everything worked. It was just old and tired.
It was old and shabby. The roof top deck was in poor condition, pool was good but to get to both you had to go up dark stairs that reminded me of a prison.

The room was too small for two single beds. We could only open the door 1/3. Had to access the room via the bathroom.

Extremely outdated. I have never before provided a review like this. You would find it hard to sell some of that furniture in an op shop. It is tired, couch is saggy, curtains dusty, bathroom very outdated. It was a depressing apartment & I personally could not wait to leave. Others might like this style but you could rent a similar priced apartment in the same area with better vibes & contemporary furnishings & appliances & style. Not disability friendly if you wished to access the pool. Pool was cold. It was certainly functional but other than that it offered very little. Environment is so important & this place needs a lot of love, paint & upgrade. I could not & would not recommend it. Staff however were friendly & helpful. It’s central position was it’s only redeeming feature.

Was ideally located for the purpose of my visit, and super close to restaurants, bars etc. all within a 5-15min walk range. Easily drivable to all the tourist attractions around the city centre, and a super close walk to the main shopping centre.
Didn't expect superior facilities but the kitchenette came well stocked with utensils, pots, pans, kettle etc. Same with the bathroom, if you're staying for longer purchase some soap and shampoo/conditioner.
Parking situation, bit expensive paying per night at the apartment. There is cheaper parking at Canberra Centre (shopping centre close by) but only on weekends, the weekday rates were more than the apartment. Street parking is also limited being in the city centre.
Fan in the bathroom was also a bit weak at airing out steam after a shower but chucking on the aircon helped a bit.

Central location - clean facilities - well appointed kitchen area and all furniture was comfortable and clean.
The $20 / day for parking seemed quite a bit extra on top of room charge. However do understand that limited parking in Canberra. Felt should be included in room fee.

My stay went very well and staff were fabulous. I stayed in a room with a kitchen and having a bit of a laundry was very convenient. I have put it on my list of preferred places to stay when I am in Canberra in future!

What I like is when i received a call from the reception on my way from the airport that they were expecting me. I felt so good. It was my first visit to Canberra and that fear of unfamiliarity just vanished and my confidence got boosted. It was my first impression of Canberra.
Maybe a new mattress for the double bed i feel the mattress was a bit one sided - but i slept through it anyways :)

only saving grace location
super disappointed because we booked this hotel for the indoor heated pool. on our first night we went up to the pool and it was freezing. next morning called them and said we want the pool heater turned on so we can swim after dinner. we were assured the pool heater was on and working. after dinner we go for a swim and the water is freezing again. called reception and were told they would check. they checked and yes it wasn’t working but they couldn’t do anything about it until the next day. facilities old and outdated, never again.

the location is amazing and the staff are wonderful
the air con in our room was broken. the staff where magnificently helpful and offered us a change of room but at 10pm at night we were to tired to pack up and fortunately a cool change came through so we didn’t suffer too much

this was a perfect location to civic centre .the room was clean and comfortable and had a cute little patio out the back . the staff were so friendly and accomodating going out of their way to make aour stay comfortable .parking was secure and easy

Location was ok. Was clean and tidy. Close enough to the city centre but away from the main road.
There was no parking - and the parking they suggest are a bit of a walk and with young kids, its not ideal.
The shower was SUPER sensitive as a mixer tap - it was either too cold or burnt you, it was very hard to adjust and was just not good with kids to use.
For the price I was just not happy with it. Beds were not very comfy and the sofa lounge was even worse.
