The location of the property is great. Lots of food and cafes around. we arrived very late in the evening, still can find food to eat.

The shower is set on top of a spa bath. a bit hard for a small person like me getting in and out. also, there were too many left over shampoos, bath gel, etc. no where to put my own stuff. also, if there is option for twin beds will make my stay more convenient.

The 2 feet high obstacle to cross over to get into the bath tub...everyone is not young and below 50 to get out with wet feet ...no coffee and tea bags no salt either..the balcony has not been cleaned for some time now..

Amazingly comfortable beds, spacious and quiet solid rooms.

Great location near Canberra Centre, bus interchange, walking distance to Parliamentary Triangle , galleries etc., Friendly, accessible owners. Comfy bed and well appointed kitchen.

No TV or radio. No lounge area, and bedroom too small for long sitting sessions! Not advised that dryer in laundry not working til AFTER put in load of fresh washing! Apartment needs refurbishment.. lots of cracks in bathroom, spa bath difficult to climb into if short, its walls need a good clean Spa bath also needs a hand rail, or nonslip floor mat! Oven needs thorough cleaning..Toaster also not working.

The hosts at this accommodation do not care about the safety or comfort of their guests: if you have the misfortune of sharing your accommodation with a creep who makes you feel unsafe, the hosts will not help you find a different place to sleep for the night; further, they will not even entertain the thought of refunding you for a single night, if you feel so unsafe that you need to leave and seek another place for night. I have asked the host to refund me for the single night in which I did not stay at the apartment. This is because I felt disgusted by the other guest's disgusting behaviour and unsafe staying there after he confronted me in a threatening and invasive manner. I genuinely feared that other guest may wish to cause me physical harm. Host's responses: "We can't reimburse you for last night, as you decided to leave. We did our best to help you out today for the rest of your stay." "You decided to leave! It wasn’t our responsibility to find you another accommodation" I find it incredible that the host has elected exploit the fact that I decided to leave the apartment for the night - crucially, to preserve my own physical safety - as an excuse for not refunding me for that night. I have at no point blamed the hosts for the other guest's behaviour; but a good host should insist on ensuring the safety and comfort of their guests, and where this is not immediately possible, seek to remedy a guest's bad experience at their accommodation. If you stay at City Plaza, you are risking your own safety if you have the misfortune of sharing a room with a creep; furthermore, the hosts will do very little to apologise or remedy any situation in which you feel unsafe on account of another guest's behaviour. The location and the cleanliness of the apartment were perfect. The wifi worked without any trouble. The location is quiet although in the city centre. The room was fresh, clean and bright. For me it was a perfect fit. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Canberra.

Was unable to get into the property. I stated I would be there between 3pm and 4pm. I called multiple times, waited for about an hour and still nothing. She called 1.5 hours later. Do not stay here.

The bed was comfortable and the location was convenient.

The other people at the property were quite dirty- they left plates in the sink with pasta still in them overnight and there was hair all over the bath and shower. I probably could have just stayed in a hostel for cheaper and gotten a similar experience.
