The amenities are fine..
The unexpected BED BUGS! 🤦🏻♂️.. It’s disgusting to think about it knowing that its managed by Hilton but seems it came to my senses and conclusions that rooms are not well sanitized nor cleaned. BED BUGS are the most alarming issues that you need to address ASAP!
Though staff is offering to change the room but didnt accepted it as its already around 12:30 midnight and friend was sleeping already they also offer lunch right on my check-out but didnt accept it as I have some other committments.

The Location is good
Our wadrobe was damaged, (the door would go out off the grove and the hanger holder always falling, our toilet door couldn’t close, we were 2 but everyday they would put 1 tissue, 2 wrapping towels but 1 drying towel, and 1 soap.

The rooms are too small and can’t accommodate three people but while booking it doesn’t mention and the deluxe king size room was not up to my expectation. When booking.com says that it is upgrading us to a deluxe king size room, please do not trust and think that you have been upgraded. It’s the same.

Friendly and hardworking staff. The reception staff were awesome and helpful. Quick response to any complaints or concerns. The room and beds were comfortable. Enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.
The washing machine in the laundry room doesn't wash the clothes well. The dryer took hours to dry the clothes. The machines need to be maintained or changed.

Near to the airport, outdated images of the property with no views as in the images for city view rooms. Don’t get fooled!
Images are not true and there’s no dubai skyline view, it is covered by new buildings right in the front. The front staff tried to fool me by saying you have a city view by providing the dusty view of the construction behind and the metro view. They blamed booking.com for not updating the images. I asked one of the bell bit when did the new buildings came in the front ( five years ago). Seems like staffs are trained to lie and disagree with the customer. Two of the front staffs were rude, eye rolling, deep stare etc one of the staff called the manager saying there’s a rude customer here infront of me. (happy to identify if you contact me to provide staff details). Zero customer service skills, most staff need consistent training on how to deal with customers. Breakfast room staff were rude too, no table service asking for coffee/ teas that ok but they were in a rush to clear the tables without asking. When mum and I went to take coffee the tables were cleared and gave the seats to new guests. Absolute zero staff cs skills and not value for money. Fake advertising

I had an original reservation and wanted to add a day. Neither the hotel nor booking.com could do that, so I made a separate booking. When I checked in, the staff member found both bookings and said that he could keep me in one room for all three nights. Then another guy (manager?) comes over, says he can’t find my second booking, and doesn’t know if I can stay in the room. Made a huge issue out of nothing. I went back down in the morning and a different staff member figured everything out in two minutes. So bizarre.
My room also smelled of mold.

Booked a king room with creek view and single bed, got a room with city view and twin beds and no explanation for this change. Rajan at reception was helpful. Other reception staff should treat all nationalities in unbiased manner.
Had to request for dental kits. No tissue available in room. Children running around the corridor and causing a commotion at 11:30 PM

The check in took long time , my room was not read, had to wait then was given room facing construction in progress very noisy till late 10-12 PM. the floor at entrance was not clean also Mould at the bathroom, the car park is dangerous too tight , had to exit and park outside in the heat . TV channels are bad and no Youtube.This is the worst DT hotel branch
The breakfast setup makes your cloths smell cooking , the wafl dry and chewie, all other choice are less quality of 4-5 start , it is 1-2 star quality,

В целом отель и близость от аэропорта, нормальный завтрак (при этом в центр города надо ехать)
Сервис на ресепшн - там была раздраженная дама, которая общалась не очень - я заранее писал, и просил этаж повыше, при приезде дали второй. И эта разраженная дама сказала, что это только пожелания мои - а дадут они то, что у них есть.
При этом друзей поселили на 13 этаже, а меня на втором - потом я попросил дать мне пропуск к ним на этаж - она опять сказала, что это не полагается, и пусть друзья за вами приходят сами. Потом другой менеджер на ресепшн это заметил, и сказал ей пустить самой меня. В общем, давно я такого сервиса не встречал в гостиницах, тем более в Хилтон - как будто вернулся в советские времена )
Территория вокруг отеля тоже скорее в минус - район только активно строится, и вокруг куча строек и пустырей, и ветер несет песок, если сильный - отходишь немного от отеля - и тротуар кончается и начинается пустырь

We Liked:
1. They agreed to provide us with a late check-out at 3:00 PM.
2. Parking included, under the building.
Average:
1. Breakfast was okay - average, not bad, not good, just enough to "feed" you. I didn't understand why they told us that breakfast is until 10 AM, but the sign at the entrance says it is until 11 AM. I didn't check with them as we anyway were coming earlier.
We Didn't Like:
1. One of the two lamps next to the bed was broken but positioned in a way that if you didn't touch it, you wouldn't notice. There were also some stains on the lamp and floor (see pictures attached).
2. The AC was always set to 21°C. Whatever you set it to, it would drop to 21°C, causing it to be freezing at night. At least, that was the case in room 1332.
3. Location - The hotel is really in the middle of nowhere. The main problem is that the pictures on Booking.com are misleading.
You will not get a view even close to what is shown in the photos as there is a building just in front.
And it is not possible to see "burj khalifa" from anywhere except very small balcony in Indian restaurant at rooftop.
We asked for an upgrade to a room with a view similar to the pictures, and they gave us a room on the 13th floor, number 1332. Please see the attached pictures to see the actual view we got. The view from the pool is also not as advertised; you still face the building in front, which appears to have been photoshopped to the side in the pictures.
There is a lot of construction and empty dusty areas next to the hotel.
4. They broke our luggage and didn't offer any assistance or compensation.
The person who took it out of the trunk of our car just threw it on the floor (the luggage weighed 25 kg), breaking two locks that were keeping it closed. I clearly saw this in my car's mirror. When I asked why he threw (not placed) the luggage on the floor, he denied doing it, even though I saw it happen. He then "kindly offered" (not kindly) to check the cameras.
I went to the reception and calmly explained the situation as described above. They said they would check the footage. After 30 minutes, they called me and said he didn't do it intentionally and gave me some excuses. I told them that I understood accidents happen and I didn't ask them for any compensation, but they didn't offer any help or support and acted as this is a NORMAL. Their only message was that it wasn't done intentionally. I asked them to help wrap the luggage on the day of departure so we could transport it safely back to our country without buying a new one. I reminded them the next day, but on the day of check-out, nobody offered any assistance.

My stay at this hotel had several highlights. The breakfast menu was fantastic, offering a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The shower in my room was another great feature. It had excellent water pressure and maintained a consistent temperature, making for a refreshing experience. The cleanliness and design of the shower area added to the overall comfort, providing a hassle-free start or end to my day.
The air conditioning in my room was not very effective. It struggled to keep the room at a comfortable temperature, especially during the warmer parts of the day, which sometimes made the room feel stuffy.
Another issue was the bathroom design. After taking a shower, the entrance area of the bathroom would get wet, making it slippery and inconvenient. This required extra caution and effort to keep dry, which detracted from the overall experience. Improving this aspect would greatly enhance the comfort of staying at the hotel.

C’est 10ème séjour dans cet hôtel, le choix dans le petit déjeuner est devenu très limité est bas de gamme. Heureusement que le personnel compense par leur gentillesse. La literie est aussi en fin de vie.
